Poolside Grills, Outdoor Showers, Full Bathrooms, Hot Tubs, Lighted Basketball, Tennis and (INDOOR & OUTDOOR) Pickle Ball Courts, and perfectly shaded Picnic Areas are available to all of our guests. A Sandy Suntan Area with loungers and shade umbrellas are also yours to enjoy and relax. If that does not sound dreamy enough, there is a Clubhouse with an additional pool, grotto hot tub, Gym with exercise equipment, and Game Room. For the Boaters and Jet Skiers, a 43-slip Deep-Water Marina/ Dock and access to Large Ice Machine and Fish Cleaning station is steps away. Our breathtaking Villa wraps around the corner lot on the first floor with a private entrance, 2 GROUND FLOOR BALCONIES and a Huge Oceanview covered terrace. Enter our 2,600 sq ft. Villa with a panoramic view of the ocean as soon as you step inside the front door. Four bedrooms with 2 Balconies and three bathrooms with an amazing Open Concept Living Oceanview. Having a large dining area is also a bonus to this space. Comfortably accommodates a maximum of 9 guests. King Master Bedroom with private balcony and a huge on suite bathroom including jet tub, separated toilet and bidet, double vanities and large shower. Featuring another Three additional bedrooms with queen beds and 1 with a XL twin beds that rolls out from underneath and another 2 Full bathrooms. Beautiful Travertine Marble Floors, 5 TV’S with Surround Sound System throughout. Featuring a Chef’s Kitchen including granite counter tops with wrap around bar stools including top of the line appliances with an additional Ice Machine and Stan alone Freezer and a breakfast table. For your convenience we offer a laundry room with Washer/ Dryer and Wash Sink.
