ที่กดสบู่บนพื้นห้องอาบน้ำ - รั่วบนพื้น ลื่น ไม่ปลอดภัย ก๊อกน้ำในห้องครัวหลวมมาก - พยายามซ่อมแล้วแต่ไม่สำเร็จ บริเวณโถงทางเข้าค่อนข้างสกปรก

พรมมีฝุ่นเกาะเต็มมุมห้อง ผ้าม่านหลุดลงมา เพดานห้องน้ำถูกลอกออก และห้องก็มีกลิ่นอับตอนที่เราเข้าไปครั้งแรก ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวก มี Woolworths อยู่ใกล้โรงแรม พนักงานที่เคาน์เตอร์เช็คอินบริการดี ถึงแม้จะติดป้าย "กรุณาทำความสะอาด" ไว้หน้าบ้าน ก็ไม่มีใครมาทำความสะอาดห้อง เราไปที่แผนกต้อนรับทุกวันเพื่อขอใช้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องน้ำ ซึ่งก็มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเพียงพอ ซึ่งถือว่าดี

โรงแรมสะดวกสบายมาก ทัศนคติการบริการก็ดีมาก การเข้าพักก็ดีมาก สภาพแวดล้อมโดยรอบก็สวยงามมาก โรงแรมสะอาดมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกก็ครบครันมาก โดยรวมดีมาก

When we turned on the heater mode, there was a weird smell that came out… overall it was okay. Location quite good.

We were really disappointed with this hotel. We had low expectations due to the price but expected it to be clean and safe at least. The “non-smoking” room stank of smoke that had tried to be masked by a bomb of glen 20. Paint was peeling off the roof and walls, power points and wires hanging out the walls, mouldy bins and broken furniture- certainly not fit for anyone let alone a family with young children. Our room wasn’t ready at check-in time (2pm) so we were asked to wait an hour in the “lounge room”- see pics of the state of the lounge!

Beaumont Kew Melbourne offers spacious rooms, quiet surroundings, comfortable beds, friendly service, and convenient access to the city, making it ideal for family stays and longer visits.

I have been upgraded from a queen-sized suite to a family-sized suite, and I am very satisfied with the upgrade. Everything is very clean. However, the location of this room is not ideal for a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The Wi-Fi signal is weak and intermittent, as the room I have been allocated to is below ground level.

Perfectly located close to AAMI Park, ideal for regular trips to Melbourne overnight stays

Near to the city, nice private parking, good security, good ample room. Recommended definitely.

The location is perfect with trams to the city which is not far away and trams to other shopping places and eateries, Kew has a supermarket 5mins walk away
