"Just back from what was our 3rd visit to the castlerosse. It's probably most convenient for us as a family who has a child with medical needs & as this was our 2nd time using the self-catering option it gave us plenty of space & privacy with the all the trimmings of the hotel facilities. We had to have oxgyen delivered for the hoilday & the hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful our oxgyen was there & all in the house on our arrival. Never ate in the restaurant but the bar was lovely ( I recommend the seabass) & we had a stunning view of the Kilarney lakes while sipping our drinks in the afternoon sunshine & very mannerly bar staff to boot. Overall really enjoyed our hoilday a fabulous way to unwind & switch off."
Salmon Leap Farm B&B
"Sean was welcoming friendly and very helpful. Salmon Leap is a more traditional place to stay than some tourists might want, but it was fine for us. Pretty location in a valley, not too far from Killarney (20 min drive). Delicious local sourced food very nice indeed in sensible portion sizes but Sean is more than happy to provide more if wanted- the breakfast including the coffee was savage (very nice!). Internet works ok which helps as there’s no mobile signal in the valley. Sadly couldn’t get the TV channels to work in the room but there’s a TV in the lounge, and you can use the room TV to watch YouTube/netflix/prime but you’ll need to log into your account which we couldn’t do as they wanted to send security code to our phone- which had no pickup. Didn’t spoil our stay in this lovely farmhouse BnB. Oh and the beds are sooo comfy. And the decor is perfect for visitors as a slice of traditional ireland :) bring your own shower gel/ shampoo, and there was no tea/coffee facility we could find in our room, but neither affected us. We’d really recommend as long as telephone contact and TV don’t matter. Nice."

"David and Doreen were wonderful hosts in this lovely Bed and Breakfast. The Tides, located in Ballybunion, is close to the ocean and not far from the interesting town of Listowel. The Tides is also a great base for exploring the Dingle peninsula, and even the Ring of Kerry. The amazing shower and comfortable bed in room 6 are simply wonderful!, and the breakfast is gorgeous! Don't hesitate to book your stay here!"

"From there moment you enter to the time you leave, the attention to detail is faultless. The rooms are high tech,modern and luxurious. The management have quite literally thought of everything you might need for your stay. The staff are remarkable, always friendly and nothing is a hassle to them. The leisure and spa facilities are pure luxury. This is our fifth year visiting and it is the only place in Ireland that we return to. I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and highly recommend it for a luxury and relaxing break away."
