Stay was comfortable. There is enough scope for improvement, like breakfast spread, internet in most areas doesn't work, needs a lot to improve. Staff is courteous.

One of the best hotels in Nepal. Delicious breakfast and very clean as well as good service. They care for you what ever you want and be very polite. Price and service is very good. I really enjoyed the stay due to the close location to Thamel.

The only advantage is that its location is in Thamel, but you can find other good hotels here. This hotel's price is cheap, but experience is worse than 3 star hotel. Hotel is understaffed. Basic services like cleaning the room takes 30mins. All furniture, carpets, elevator, etc. is dirty, broken or both. They don't provide any travel arrangement for your Kathmandu day trip. You have to book Pathao cabs on your own. For dinner, buffet is expensive (1000npr) with limited options. We got better north Indian veg dinner at Rubi restaurant right outside hotel gate. WiFi speed worse than NCell mobile data. Fruit juice at breakfast is not fresh: it is readymade mango pulp from some local company. The list goes on and on.

I booked the king sized room my friends coming from Australia, bssed on the online picture they showed on their website, but when we checked in the room wasn't satisfactory at all, the wall colors were coming off, the bathroom wasn't neat at all, even the telephone wasn't operating well for which we had to request for multiple time.

Stayed at this hotel while returning from a Himalayan trek. It was a very good experience. Hotel is nicely located. Good property. Rooms are big and well furnished. Bathroom is good and clean. All basic amenities are provided. Staff was good and helpful. Buffet Breakfast had a decent spread and was good as well. Being located in Thamel, all the shopping things were just walking distance. However, at night, nearby pubs caused some noise pollution. But, hotel does not have any control over it. So, had to bear it.

The staffs are super friendly and helpful.They contacted me before arrival since we had two rooms in order to confirm what types of bed we prefer.They also helped us find a driver from airport to hotel .The room was spacious and clean . The location makes it very easy to walk to lots of attractions,shops ,bars and restaurants . Would recommend highly !

Amazing service at this hotel, all the staff were really friendly and hospitable. Will definitely visit again. It's in the middle of thamel and super convenient to go and visit the town. Highly recommend for people wanting to stay in the heart of the city.

I recently stayed at this hotel with a friend and we had an amazing stay. We wanted something central and the hotel's location was perfect for us. In the heart of Thamel and easily accessible. We were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful it was, regardless of it being in such a central location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and even helped us get into our room past midnight when we lost our key card. We opted to have breakfast at the hotel, which was surprisingly much better than other hotels we have stayed at before. Overall a pleasant oasis in the bustling city. Highly recommend!
