The hotel service and location is perfect with peace ,it is great for family feel like peace,homely and safe .

Very good location and wide parking .. but no so clean room and bedsheet are dirty

It was rainy evening approx 11pm, main entrance was closed, no one was responding, keep calling 5 to 10 mins, no phone attended, made me afraid middle of the night. Overall impression is not good. Not recommend this hotel.

Charging 3700 per night and they dont even have proper toilet and bathroom, not hot water ,no ice service , wifi slower then the tortoise, just 20 channels on tv, i dont what kind of people gives them 4 star from my side 2 out of 10

房間設施還行，寬敞，略舊，太晚會停熱水鎖大門，服務熱情，早上有簡餐，晚上很安靜，適合出行過度中專。

酒店是麼有熱水的，房間比較舊，好處是離機場近，晚上大門會鎖，如果半夜的飛機到會不太方便

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service provided by the some of the staffs was terrible! They just sat around the sofa all day and would all pretend to disperse and do work when you arrive at the hotel. My particular complaint is in regard to the security staff, who spent most of his time sat inside watching TV. Didn’t help with the suitcases at all. This particular staff member was rude and unhelpful. The rooms was a decent size, however it did have a funny smell and didn’t appear to be clean on arrival. Rooms were very dusty. In addition to this, we HAD to ask for our rooms to be cleaned daily as the staffs wouldn’t come and clean the room themselves. Our room was left open on one particular day because the cleaning staff’s did not close our door - we had to make a complaint to the manager re this who then blamed the cleaning staff. However, this is an oversight and overall manager’s duty. The lift in the hotel is dangerous, it closes very quickly and has no sensor to detect anyone in between the door - it will seriously hurt someone one day. The only positive comment about this hotel is that it is very close to the airport & that is it. Yes it is 2 start hotel and you should not expect more than that, but this hotel doesn’t deserve to be 2 stars. Overall, I am every disappointed with the hotel and its service and I will never come back here and I will definitely not recommend this hotel to any of my friends who will be visiting Nepal. Please avoid this hotel, it is not worth staying here at all, you are better paying a little extra and staying at a safe and clean hotel.

The room was clean. The room was specious. The staff was very polite. Very homely feeling. Very good ambiance. I love to personally recommend your hotel. I would love to visit again. Keep it up. May god bless you.

This is the best location hotel inside the Kathmandu valley. Near to international airport with walking distance of 2 min only. This hotel exceed my expectation staff friendly and attentive rooms were clean and comfortable location was perfect to explore the city.

My wife and I visited Nepal for 3 weeks and we stayed at hotel hema for our last week. In my experience this hotel is definitely a great place to stay. This place was the most helpful! No matter if you’re starting your journey in the middle of it or just finishing. The staff here is helpful and accommodating 24 hours a day seven days a week. But most of all you won’t find a place more personable than this. Saroj, the owner of this hotel keeps his office door open during business hours and is extremely helpful as he and his friends go out of their way to make sure that your plans are met in the best way. To put it simply, no matter what your plans are while you’re there run them past Saroj. If you don’t, you’ll be sorry. The whole idea of this place is that you have an insider to give you the very best experience. This place is a must stay for anybody who’s visiting a Nepal, I wish we would’ve stayed here first. When we go back, we will definitely stay here again if nothing else Saroj has become a friend and now we won’t go to Nepal without a stay here.

Hema exceed my expectation staff frendly and attentive rooms were clean and comfortable location was perfect to explore the city near by airport big garden and parking area my stay was fantastic and would recommed hotel hema to anyone visiting kathmandu

Best and family hotel near the tribhuwan international airoprt. Clean and friendly behavoiur of staff. Staffs are very friendly and helps a lot. The whole experience was great and stay was very comfortable, where I'm very impress with the hospitality and cleanliness.
