All good but not what I expected for the price. Looks nicer in pictures than in reality!

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The front desk clerks (Sophia and Shrifty) took pictures of my visas, which was unrelated to their role and is seen as a breach of my privacy. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. It’s important for hotel staff to receive proper training and respect guests’ privacy. Additionally, the hotel could benefit from upgrades, including the gym and staff service.”

Unclean and poorly maintained hotel. Good location if needing accomodation near airport.

It’s quite good for location those who wish to travel cause international and domestic airport is closed to hotel. As well if you walk to PASHUPATINATH temple is about 10 to 15 minutes of walk.

국내선 지연결항으로 호텔을 이용하지 못하자 어렵게 취소는 되었지만 취소해 주셔서 너무 감사드립니다. 4일후 다시 에어호텔 예약하고 이용했습니다. 위치도 트리부반국제공항에서 가깝고 친절하셔서 너무 좋았습니다.

服務態度很好 有點會説中文 早餐不錯 還可以加點雞蛋卷 味道不錯 房間乾淨 很安靜 離機場特近 走幾步就到了 可以説是尼泊爾靠前面拍的賓館了 贊一個

I waited outside the gate for almost two hours, enduring the cold, just to get through the checking process. However, upon reaching the reception, I was disappointed to find the night manager uncooperative and sleeping on the job. To make matters worse, the so-called housekeeping manager, Puskar Giri, lacks basic communication skills and was unable to address my concerns regarding the filthy and moldy smell in my room. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Awesome for couple. We loved privacy aspects of staff. We loved the breakfast and it's diversification. Recommend everyone to come here. Please do include online payment for indian citizens. I enjoyed every aspect of our honeymoon trip.

Very nice hotel and location is very convenient for visit to Pashupatinath temple, Ason Market, Thamel. Cosy rooms, very cordial front desk and restaurant personnel. Our Pokhara trip was guided by them. Most importantly pricing is very pocket friendly. Stayed twice and still would recommend to everyone.
