โรงแรม Novva เมือง Kas

This review is actually more about Radisson Blu Kas than Novva Hotels Kas, as we ended up staying at Radisson Blu. We arrived in Kas late at night and found that Novva Hotels Kas was closed: there was no staff on site and the reception was not operating. Since our stay had been prepaid, the situation was quite unpleasant and stressful after a long journey. We contacted the reception through Trip.com, and the agent explained that due to technical reasons the hotel was temporarily closed, and guests were being accommodated at the neighboring Radisson Blu Kas. Unfortunately, we were not informed about this in advance, which was the main downside of the experience. Luckily, Radisson Blu is located very close by, and from that point on everything was excellent. We were warmly welcomed and offered an upgraded room with a stunning sea view (we had originally booked a sea-view room at Novva). The service was outstanding, the room was very comfortable, and the breakfasts were excellent. We initially planned to stay for just one night, but ended up extending our stay because we enjoyed it so much. I cannot really comment on Novva Hotels Kas itself, as we did not stay there, but Radisson Blu Kas exceeded our expectations. It seems that the two hotels may be operating in cooperation. Overall:
— the only negative was the lack of prior notice about Novva being closed;
— the service and hospitality at Radisson Blu were excellent. If judging by the actual stay experience, everything was great :)

The personal living experience is good, the scenery on the peninsula is very beautiful and quiet.The room has its own swimming pool, and my parents and I had a great time swimming. The staff's service is also commendable, and the delivery of bottled water and meals is timely.The only drawback is that the hotel beach is very far away, you have to take a shuttle bus,And you have to climb the stairs for at least 10 minutes to get to the beach.

Superb Hotel – Highly Recommended  had a fantastic stay here. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed – truly a pleasure to come back to after a day out. The WiFi was excellent throughout my stay; streaming and working online was no issue at all. the on-site restaurant, although offering a small menu, serves delicious food at very fair prices – definitely worth trying. A real highlight is the access to the beach facilities at the sister property, Mekvin Hotel. Guests can use them free of charge, and while they offer a shuttle, it’s easily within walking distance. All in all, a great experience – I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in Kaş.

Mooie hotel

Nice hotel overall, brand new, very nice Mediterranean design of rooms. We had a suite with a pool which was lovely although on a ground level with no views, it's worth considering. The hotel doesn't have a pool. They partner with another hotel and provide access to a private beach, but it could be full some days. Breakfast is limited in variety and I think the most in need of improvement.

Worst experience i had, i dont even want to waste time to review the hotel

這次在 Kaş 預訂的酒店其實遇到了一點比較特殊的情況。我們原本訂的酒店在入住時實際上已經關閉，後來通過 Trip.com Group 溝通，酒店方把我們安排到了同一集團旗下的另一家酒店 Deep Blue Hotel Kaş。因此如果有人預訂這家酒店，建議提前確認是否仍在正常營業，確保能被安排到其他酒店入住。 替代安排的酒店位於 Cukurbag Peninsula 半島一側，地理位置相對偏一些。如果有車的話還算方便，但如果沒有車，出行會非常不方便。 我們是 2 月份去的，當時正值淡季。酒店工作人員也提到，整個半島上的大部分酒店在冬季基本都關閉了，周圍幾乎沒有其他餐廳或配套設施。酒店本身有一個餐廳，但整體水準比較普通，衹能算是簡單解決一頓飯的水平。 如果是沒有自駕、或者不是夏天旅遊旺季，其實不太建議住在半島這邊，甚至可以考慮是否一定要把 Kaş 小鎮列入行程。 至於房間本身，我們拿到的是一個一室一廳的房型，面積確實比較大，但整體設施比較簡陋，隔音也比較差。房間朝向馬路，窗簾也無法完全遮光，晚上能聽到持續的滴水聲，整體睡眠體驗並不是很好。 總體來説，這次住宿體驗比較一般。如果計劃來 Kaş，建議提前確認酒店是否營業，並且最好有車出行，旺季來可能會更合適一些。

Отель хороший. Удобное местоположение. Красивый пляж. Но довольно грязно в номере в и плесень в бассейне.

Olumlu Yanları: Otel odaları yeni ve iç mimari güzel Fiyat performans oteli Olumsuz: Personel çok bilgisiz, ilgisiz ve müşteri odaklı değil. Kahvaltı kötü, restorant mutfakta hijyen çok kötü İki tek kişilik yatağı birleştirerek, Çift kişilik yatak yapmışlar. Problemi söylememize rağmen ne bir çözüm önerisi nede çözüm odaklı bir iletişim yoktu. Trip.com müşteri temsilcileri çok ilgiliydiler ancak onlarda problemi çözemedi onun yerine chip hediye ettiler. Mimarisi Çok güzel bir otel nasıl işletilemez diye merak ediyorsanız konaklayabilirsiniz. Ülke turizmine katkısı olacakken hizmetlerinin kalitesizliği yüzünden zarar veren bir otel. Umarım hizmet kalitesi düzeltilir…
