Great breakfast and comfortable room with a very professional staff that were accomodating to my needs. A lot of variety options for the breakfast, all in all standard as such but the setting is extra cozy and warm in such a lovely restaurant. My room was small and cheap but this was not my experience when I arrived. Well, the size was as advertised but the setting was exceptional with an incredibly comfortable bed and a huge pillow of superb quality. I also requested extra pillows and more blankets, though the room was warm enough upon arriving, I wanted that extra for my own comfort and the staff took care of it immediately without any fuss. It was one of the best hotel rooms I've had (and bed) and that's comparing it to rooms at the Harbour Hotel in Boston, MA & The *****, in Vegas. The room was clean at arrival and (per request by sign) clean after night one to a high standard.

Very nice and friendly hotel with great staff. Despite a very small reception area and no real lounge, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lack of lounge was made up by the in-hotel restaurant which although swamped with families with children, was nice. Rooms clean and beds great.
Would stay again.

It is in the best location of Karlstad, very clean and calm. The staff are courteous polite and very professional. The full breakfast is far better than Best Western Hotel I have been to in the US snd Canada.
I have had a problem with ******* pricing of booking which was higher than the prevailing rate at the time of my checking in and I got disappointed by ******* handling of the confusion.

Jag kom sent på kvällen och fick ringa på en nattportier, som uppenbarade sig inom sekunder efter att vi lagt på. Incheckningen gick supersmidigt och han följde mig en bit på vägen till rummet så att jag säkert skulle hitta. Rummet var litet och utan fönster (men det visste jag när jag bokade) men kändes mysigt och ombonat. Badrummet var lämpligt för en, men inte fler, och funkade bra trots att det egentligen var en inglasad del av rummet. Och frukosten var fantastisk. Jag var nästan lite ledsen att jag inte skulle stanna längre än en natt.
