The service was nice and the staff was mostly present at the reception. However, there are some sanitary conditions in particular rooms. The staffs were most willingly to offer help and cleaning services. The interior of the room is nice and cozy. In conclusion, the stay were mostly pleasant and comfortable.

The ashbin of bathroom was not cleaned so all woman rubbish of last guest was stayed in the ashbin!!!

I don’t recommend this Hotel.

Location is Uber central. It is infact quite excellently situated. Staff are superb. Very friendly and helpful indeed. The price was very good, and based on that - the value is about as good as it gets in Germany. Room contained a desk, chair, TV, longer chair, bed side lamp, reading lamp, multiple outlets, 2x towel, 1x bath mat and complimentary shampoo soap at the sink and shower. There were multiple radiators at your disposal and tissue paper and bathroom paper. The single room was a good sized with a large window. Everything was clean. There was a place to store bicycles or indeed borrow those offered. Breakfast was available though I didn't try. There is also an elevator. Again...for the price paid it is deserving of 5/5.

One night in this hotel, 3 of us and we got a family room that was actually 2 bedrooms. Very nice layout, clean and friendly welcome. Would stay again!

Das Hotel ist sehr bequem und sauber, und die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr freundlich.Ich kann es auf jeden Fall empfehlen

駅からは少し遠いです。ベットの横に台があったので荷物は置きやすかったです。使用しませんでしたが、衣類を乾かすウォーマーはありました。床はガタがきており、凹んでいたので安全面が今後心配です。

Treppenstufen quietschen. Nachts konnte ich mich nicht ruhig im Bett bewegen, weil das Bettquietschen so schrecklich und unertrǎglich laut war. Apropos Bett; ich hatte für ein großes Bett extra gezahlt, und ich erhielt ein kleines Bett. Nichm die Toilette war angenehm, denn wer sill schon den Urin der vorgängers noch in der Toilette sehen??????? Finger weg, finger weg, finger weg.

Habitacion comoda y limpia. Buen recibimiento por parte del personal. Por la noche escuchaba al vecino roncar..

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut! Das Bad war sehr groß und hatte ein Fenster zum Innenhof. Ich würde es wieder buchen!

Etwas älteres Hotel,aber okay. Im Zimmer offene Leitung von rausgerissen er Heizung(Zimmer 23), Sauna defekt! Wasserschaden im Frühstücksraum!

Wir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag wegen eines Konzertes in Karlsruhe und hatten wenig Ansprüche an ein Hotel. Zunächst einmal das Gute: das Frühstück war gut und wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Jedoch unser Zimmer war eine Zumutung: Schmierige Wände und eine durch Stockflecken verunstaltete Holzdecke. Das Bad war aber sauber & die Matratzen gut, daher sind wir geblieben, zumal die meisten Hotels ausgebucht waren. Der Zustand des Zimmers sei bekannt, wurde uns mitgeteilt. Sehr schade, da wir auch sehr früh gebucht hatten.
