Amazing people! Wonderfull people! We loved everything, its was a pleasure stay. Nice pool, good food… The room was very clean and so beautifull. We loved everything detail. Dinner and breakfast was amazing. Hope to get back here someday and spend more time.

ตั้งแต่วินาทีที่เรามาถึงโรงแรมนี้ การบริการก็ยอดเยี่ยมจริงๆ เรามาถึงก่อนเวลา แต่ก็ยังสามารถเช็คอินได้ เราได้รับการต้อนรับด้วยเครื่องดื่มและของว่างมะพร้าวเย็นสดชื่นและพนักงานที่น่ารักและช่วยเหลือดีที่สุด ห้องพักของเราสวยงาม มีสไตล์มาก มีระเบียงเล็กๆ ห้องน้ำน่ารัก (อุปกรณ์อาบน้ำที่ดี!) และเตียงที่นุ่มสบายมาก สมบูรณ์แบบ! อาหารเช้าก็อร่อย อาหารหลากหลาย มีกาแฟอร่อยด้วย! เราเป็นวีแก้นแต่ก็มีให้เรากินมากมาย วันที่ 2 เรามีฮอปเปอร์ที่ปรุงสดใหม่ซึ่งเต็มไปด้วยถั่วเลนทิลดาห์ล - อร่อยมาก! ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม ใกล้ทะเลสาบมาก และไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ เราบังเอิญไปเจอผู้ชายคนหนึ่งที่ทำงานที่โรงแรมตอนเราออกไปสำรวจ (ตอนนั้นเขาว่างงาน แต่จำเราได้ตั้งแต่ตอนเช็คอิน) และเขาก็ช่วยเหลือดีมาก เดินกับเราซักพักก็ชี้ให้เห็นสิ่งที่น่าสนใจ สถานที่ที่ต้องไป และเขายังช่วยเราซื้อตั๋วสำหรับการแสดงเต้นรำแบบดั้งเดิมอีกด้วย เราอยู่ที่แคนดี้เพียง 2 คืน แต่มีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนี้ ขอเเนะนำ.

The hotel itself and its facilities are fantastic. The rooms are nice and the food is absolutely superb. Unfortunately the service in the restaurant was really poor, which made this stay absolutely unpleasant. We were given dirty table cloths (and they didn’t want to replace it after asking for it), our table was given to someone else while we were at the buffet, we had to order drinks several times until finally served, we were given the bill to sign while still eating the main dish (not even dessert) and actually wanted to order more drinks, after being seated, we had to wait min 10 min to place orders for drinks or get silverware etc. From a 5* hotel we definitely expected something better. This is the only hotel during our trip, where we experienced bad service. which is a pity, as otherwise the hotel is really nice. We would not book it again.

My wife and I spent our first night at W15 Hanthana, and it was the perfect start to our journey. Nestled in Sri Lanka's scenic hill country, the location offered a peaceful, secluded ambiance with beautiful views of tea plantations and mountains. Our room was elegant and cozy, with large windows showcasing the stunning landscape, and the first evening rain added an incredible, serene atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even arranging a surprise for our stay. Dining in the restaurant with fresh, local ingredients and a view of the hills made for an unforgettable experience. It's an ideal place for a romantic, relaxing getaway!

Our butler, Sakuna, provided exceptional service, attending to our every need and ensuring we had a comfortable stay. We were also pleased to meet the General Manager, Mr. Dilip Kumar, who personally reached out to us and made our stay even more memorable. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, and the breakfast offered a great selection of delicious items. The Kandy Gallery Suite we stayed in was spacious and luxurious, featuring a large jacuzzi that added an extra touch of relaxation. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The swimming pool also offered a beautiful view, overlooking the serene Mahaweli River. Overall, Jetwing Kandy Gallery is a wonderful retreat with excellent service and a picturesque setting. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature in Kandy.
