โรงแรมดี ๆ ใกล้ทะเลสาบ เดินเพียง 10 นาทีก็ถึงวัด ห้องพักเก่านิดหน่อยแต่ตกแต่งสวยงาม พนักงานทุกคนก็เป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีมาก ขอบคุณสำหรับการต้อนรับที่แสนดีในศรีลังกา!

On arrival I was given a room with no window or balcony as booked. As I went to reception I was told there had no rooms with a balcony available until the following day. I was again told the next day they had no rooms available with a balcony so I told them I’ve packed my bags and I would be out for the day for them to sort it out. On 2nd room given as soon as I walked in the room had a strong mouldy and musky smell. The bathroom was tiny and the curtains didn’t even fit the window properly. The balcony was ok with two chairs however there was building work going on nearby. The AC didn’t work properly so the room was so stuffy. There was mould under the window which is the reason the room smelt bad. On the positive note the food and staff in the restaurant was good. I personally wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent stay… near Kandy lake. People very prompt in response. The rooms are very clean and tidy. Certainly I recommend to stay in this hotel

The room is large and clean with the strong air con. The staff are helpful and friendly. For the location, there are many restaurant nearby and there are many options that we can choose or ordering the food through Pickme.

Yes yes yes. Loved the stay at this hotel wish we had longer here. Staff were amazing and super helpful and friendly. Room was amazing and super comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The room was huge and had an additional jacuzzi tub. The bed was comfortable and the place has real character and they also allowed me an early check in

説來很有緣分，第二次去斯里蘭卡，去年10月去的，幾乎天天下大雨，在康提的時候正好大雨，在這家酒店門口避雨，店員熱情邀請裏面休息，點了冰激凌，這次居然定了這家酒店，位子棒，就在湖邊

早一個多月訂的房，都確認了，到店卻説沒房了，你説生氣不生氣？關鍵原酒店地段極好，就在康提湖邊，後來給發配的酒店在一個山上，真是啥啥都不便。打三分已經算心善了，在國內如果遇到這種情況，一分都可以！

提前很久預訂了但是到了説沒房給我們換了説是同一家的酒店，其實環境很老舊，很無語，很失望.沒想到還能有這樣的事.
