Wonderful stay. Friendly owner and staff. Beautiful view and close to the town. Miss the beautiful dog too. We stay here 2 nights. Very peaceful and serene.

Mixed bag. Very quiet and peaceful, and has a kitchen and washing machine. Big plusses. However the pillows are the worst ever and made sleep difficult. The slope is steep and if you have mobility issues, do not stay here. The shower water pressure is low and the sofa bed wasn't made up and prepared. The host was very friendly, but no towel change or bin empty in 3 days. That's poor. Kitchen has big mosquito issue.

We arrived to our property late in the evening, so we’re very tired. Our host was very kind and friendly. The property itself is like a large home on a hill with various rooms. The view is lovely and the property is beautifully decorated both inside and out. Breakfast was delicious and included both Western and Sri Lankan food.

A short tuk tuk from the bus and train station took us to the property. Access to the reception area and room is up a very steep, short hill, which we knew, and should you need help with your luggage this is available. The view from our balcony was beautiful and the possibility to sit outside and relax with a little outdoor kitchenette was a terrific bonus which we enjoyed. A full sized fridge freezer, with complimentary tea, coffee, creamer, cutlery and crockery were available with a kettle and microwave. Kandy town is walkable and there is a small shopping mall ten mins away on foot. You can also reach two bar/ restaurants and a good Indian restaurant on foot close to Marvel Hills. Breakfast was varied and delicious and our host gracious, informative, helpful and available should you perhaps need to organise transport at a fair price. We very much enjoyed our stay which was peaceful, comfortable and our accommodation clean, roomy with the additional bonus of satellite TV, good aircon and excellent WiFi. Highly recommended.

What a marvellous stay! The host was really friendly and accommodating, breakfast is made fresh - a delightful way to try some local dishes. My room was nice and well equipped, it felt clean and the wifi coverage was great! Some of my previous stays the wifi was unstable. The location is fantastic, easily accessible to the Main Street, whilst tucked away in a quieter area. There is a local supermarket up the road. The shared areas and view are both equally beautiful, lush with greenery. Thank you for the lovely stay Sarath!

Были в январе 2026 года в Марвел Хиллс. Очень красивое место, сама вилла очень ухоженная и зелёная. Чуть от дороги 100 метров - и хорошо: тихо и уютно. И в то же время - недалеко от инфраструктуры . Номера очень чистые, очень уютные. Рекомендуем Мы приехали рано в 5 утра, забыли предупредить о раннем приезде - позвонили по Wats up , хозяин ответил, без проблем заселил нас, без доплаты. Очень приятный и внимательный. Нам все очень понравилось!!!!

入住便捷性：老闆很熱情，友好。 安全：獨居半山腰，進出路唯一，有大狗看門，安全感高。 設施：居家設施齊全，有洗衣機。在這裏自己做飯吃了。

Рекомендую. Хороший отель, очень зелёная территория, внимательный, доброжелательный владелец отеля, мне всё понравилось

價格便宜，因為晚上很晚到第二天早上就要出發，所以選了一家便宜民宿，小院子打理的很好，我們的家庭房除了卧室還有個小客廳、廚房、和小陽台，廚房裡各種電器也很齊全，但完全沒機會用。 餐廳的位置視野很開闊。 看到其他房間有長期住的歐美遊客，房間外有個小露台，一早在悠閑看書，還是挺舒服的。 缺點也有，酒店進院子的坡很陡很陡，需要車停在下面拎行李進，有點不方便，另外早餐有點貴，我們不想折騰就選擇在酒店吃了，味道還可以，性價比不高

Eine super Aussicht auf die Berge. Fußläufig ist ein Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants erreichbar. In der Stadt ist man auch gleich. Hat eine top tuk tuk Tour durch ganz kandy organisiert. Und der süßeste Wachhund😍

Excellent accommodation in a quite area away from the madness,but close enough to where you want to be....Beautiful house he has made welcoming by his furnishings and his demeanour.Very dapper person who oozes appeal to everyone without encroaching in your space,serves a lovely fresh breakfast for a small fee and has great recommendations....look no further

I Visited this lovely place in the middle of september 2024. Gorgeous view from the homestay, and from the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the sweet owner, and had some juice while smal talking about my trip to Sri Lanka. The appartment was Nice, and perfekt for me for the 4 days I spent there. There was a kitchen with refridgerator, and washing machine. Great breakfast with variations everyday. I might Come back to stay here again :) Around 10-15 Walk to the city, Nice Walk Down the Hill.
