This was really very bad service, we ordered food from Venky to night port rajula biryani , but they gave us like road side fried rice, no taste at all no onion no salt in biryani , full oil in fried rice I suggest everyone to don't order food here and don't go to Venky residency they charged for Rs. 360/- if they beg for me I'll give it freely , but this really not satisfied, I'll Post this picture everybody can have look, before place order or going to restaurant

What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff anticipated my needs, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. The Hotel has set a new standard for hospitality in my book, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable experience.

A well located Property , but service is very poor, Bathroom taps leak ,Mattress are in horrible shape ( we got backache after sleeping on it). They say it is 3 Star hotel ., What a shame the ***agement is not responsive

The most disappointing trip of my life coz of this hotel stay. Allocated used rooms, rooms where guests were staying, no service at all, small parking which only accomodates 4 to 5 cars. We had to park our car on the roads all the time. No acknowledgement of our issues. Seems they are ok with guests complaining. Put in and charging old bills which were not related to us.
** be very very careful if u ever using this hotel in kakinada***
