เราขับรถไปที่เกาะใหญ่ โรงแรมมีที่จอดรถสะดวกและทำเลดี มีร้านอาหารและซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตหลายแห่งในบริเวณใกล้เคียง แต่จะไม่เปิดให้บริการมาถึงก่อนเวลา การเดินทางในอเมริกาก็เป็นแบบนี้แหละ

I need to work nearby here. It's a wonderful place and a perfect location. Free coffee in the morning. Swimming pool. I loved to stay here. I will come back next year

The room, despite large, stinks mold and the carpet looks terrible. Corridor to the rooms was also very dirty! Needs a major renovation. The swimming pool looks nice, though. And the location is very good.

We enjoyed our stay here! Deco & surroundings are beautiful. Location is good, near a few other hotels (e.g., Marriott) so you can easily get pickups from local tours. The staff are friendly. Free coffees each morning, and yoga by the pool sessions (though we didn't attend). There is a food & drinks car at the entrance of the hotel. The minor deduction for cleanliness is for a few small cockroaches in the room -- but we understand it might naturally be due to the weather & climate here.

Everyone be careful, don't book this hotel, they are blackmailing. The money lost in the room was taken by the waiter, they didn't admit it, and they charged an extra 70 dollars as a handling fee when you check out. Everyone please don't stay here, this is a hotel opened by a robber, and it is the only hotel that charges a handling fee during the 15-day trip to Hawaii.

Impressive service at the front desk and lots of chic amenities provided at the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and thoroughly cleaned prior to my stay. The balcony was a nice touch to the room and the view of Kona city center was unobscured. Very value for money!

Nice location and amenities. Service is good. Suggest to use your own towels.

They offer free rentals of bikes, beach chairs, and towels which was a nice surprise. Free coffee in the morning was a nice perk. The bathroom was small. The mini bar was the best I have ever seen. Only downside is the parking is an additional fee and the parking lot is very small and spaces tight and the first night we had to find alternative parking at a higher price than at the hotel because the lot was full. It was a stressful way to start the stay but all else was good.

The voucher and booking from Trip.com was perfect! I was disappointed that Trip.com did not include hotel fee . They charged a extra $(8.00 AFTER we checked out.

Cute & clean boutique hotel, all staffs were super friendly & helpful. Building itself is old but they did a wonderful job renovating. Reasonable price for a good location. Good coffee from the coffee truck right in front of the hotel entrance!

Absolutely do not book with this hotel or with www.trip.com third party. I had the hotel booked through Trip for $800. Short story is I ended up with kidney stones and was unable to make the trip. 48hrs prior to my trip I requested a cancellation. I was told by Trip they were processing my request. The next day I checked again and was told they were negotiating my cancellation. The day after the scheduled checkin date I was told they were unable to negotiate my cancellation. I tried customer service again and was told they were sorry but I was just out $800 dollars. Never again. I took a chance on Trip. Now I know. Do not use Trip or book with Pacific19. Bad Business

部屋は2階でしたが階段しかなく、荷物の上げ下げが大変だった。 エアコンからの水漏れ、お風呂の生乾きのような匂いもあり、壁が薄く周囲の聞こえる、特に夜はカエルの鳴き声がずっと響いています。 あとはよかったかな。 しかし、部屋に置いておいた荷物が無くなったことが、不信感につながりました。

海へも近く、5分ほど歩けば海を見ることができます。 沢山お店が立ち並ぶエリアでショッピングや食事を簡単に楽しむことができます。 ロビーも客室も綺麗で、一人旅には最適でした！

아주 최악이였습니다. 총 4박중 2박을 청소를 안해주더군요. 크래임을 걸어도 별 신경도 안쓰고, 사람이 없다고만하고, 위치는 좋은데 시설 좋지않아습니다.
