ด้วยราคาที่พักที่พุ่งสูงขึ้นในญี่ปุ่น การได้รับบริการแบบนี้ในราคาประมาณ 5,000 เยนต่อคนจึงถือว่าคุ้มค่ามาก 1. การเดินทางสะดวกสบาย มีป้ายรถรางอยู่หน้าโรงแรมเลย 2. ย่านช้อปปิ้งเท็นมงคังและสถานีรถไฟคาโกชิมะชูโออยู่ห่างออกไปเพียง 10 นาทีโดยการเดิน 3. ห้องพักสะอาดและสะดวกสบาย ตกแต่งสไตล์เมืองแบบมาตรฐาน พร้อมอ่างอาบน้ำขนาดใหญ่ที่สะดวกสบาย 4. อาหารเช้าอร่อย มีอาหารขึ้นชื่อของคาโกชิมะให้บริการ 5. คำถามทั้งหมดเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่นจะได้รับการตอบกลับอย่างรวดเร็ว ปัญหาเล็กน้อย: 1. เครื่องปรับอากาศบางเครื่องอาจทำงานได้ไม่เต็มประสิทธิภาพ 2. พนักงานเช็คอินให้คู่มือภาษาอังกฤษมา แต่คำอธิบายเป็นภาษาญี่ปุ่น (ฉันเข้าใจ แต่สำหรับผู้ที่มีปัญหาทางภาษาอาจต้องใช้ล่าม)

เดินจากสถานี Kagoshima Chuo ประมาณ 20 นาที ป้ายรถราง Takamibaba อยู่หน้าโรงแรมเลย ห้องอาบน้ำสาธารณะขนาดใหญ่ดีมาก มีพื้นที่ล้างตัวไม่มากนัก เลยไม่แน่ใจว่าช่วงไหนคนเยอะ แต่ก็ไม่ต้องรอนาน อาหารเช้าอร่อยและมีให้เลือกหลากหลาย เป็นบุฟเฟต์อาหารญี่ปุ่น ตะวันตก และจีน อยากให้มีของหวานเพิ่มอีกสักหน่อย เสียดายที่ไม่มีซีเรียล โยเกิร์ตอร่อยมาก อีกอย่าง แม้จะไม่เคยเต็ม แต่ก็มีคนต่อคิวยาวตั้งแต่ 6:30 น. อย่างที่ลือกันไว้ พนักงานก็ไม่ได้แย่อะไร รู้สึกเหมือนว่าพนักงานพยายามทำให้ทุกอย่างเรียบร้อยที่สุด

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีมาก สะดวกมาก ใกล้ร้านค้าหลายแห่ง ร้านอาหารหลายแห่ง แต่ห้องเล็กกว่า เตียงแคบกว่า อาหารเช้าที่ชั้น 2 ค่อนข้างดี และมีบ่อน้ำพุร้อนในร่มค่อนข้างดี โดยรวมแล้วอาหารเช้าดี ห้องพักสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบ อย่างไรก็ตาม ห้องพักมีขนาดค่อนข้างเล็ก บริการค่อนข้างดีที่ชั้นล่าง มีของใช้จำเป็นประจำวันบางอย่าง เช่น แชมพู มาส์ก ที่ต้องนำไปด้วย

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่สะดวกมาก เดินเพียง 10-15 นาทีจากสถานีกลางและห้างสรรพสินค้าใหญ่สองแห่ง อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกหลากหลายและคุ้มค่ากับราคา ห้องพักเล็กแต่ก็พอรับได้ พนักงานส่วนใหญ่พูดภาษาอังกฤษไม่เก่ง เลยต้องใช้แอป Google Translate ในโทรศัพท์เพื่อสื่อสาร

สภาพแวดล้อมสะอาดมากและคุณสามารถแช่น้ำพุร้อนได้ทุกวันซึ่งจะช่วยคลายความเมื่อยล้าหลังการเดินทาง พนักงานยังสุภาพมากและทักทายเสมอเมื่อเข้าออก สภาพแวดล้อมโดยรอบมีความสะดวกสบายและการคมนาคมสะดวก

การมีห้องอาบน้ำสาธารณะเป็นเรื่องดี พนักงานมีความเป็นมิตร ราคาดีรวมอาหารด้วย

Very nice overall. Location is very comfortable, the cleanliness is good, very good service too. Hotel itself is a bit old but no problem with it. Splendid breakfast

Quick check-in. The breakfast is really amazing, with pretty many if options! You will not imagine this good proce stays with semi-natural onsen.

Slightly dated hotel but very value for money; Hotel staff were very helpful and professional; Room has proper desk to work with (and LAN port); Room wifi was okay; Has a decent public bath; Location is a 10minute walk down the road from the busy tenmonkan street where all the food and activities happen (or 1 tram stop away); It’s also 3 tram stops away from main train station kagoshimachuo. Located at the intersection of 2 tram lines, which can be convenient when getting back to the hotel (just need to get the tram direction correct)

Check in was easy, the staff is friendly and helpful. But the room was smelling really strong. I think they gave me q smoking room or someone smoked there (even though I asked non smoking and they confirmed this request and info).... I woke up in the middle of the night wanting to throw up with the smell. I tried to open the window but it didn't open. And so I turned on the ventilation in the bathroom and left the door open and got better. But this was very bad... Amenities are almost null... The onsen was cozy, there was some "individual seats" to chill. Breakfast was delicious but the staff that keeps bringing food does it in a rush and the space was very narrow.. so it was very abnoxious.. they were almost always bumping into someone.. I needed to be more careful with staff than other guests .

Staff are very friendly & helpful. Location is good. It takes just a few minutes walk to Tenmonkan airport shuttle & city view bus stop. Enjoy the breakfast

Hotel is kinda old but for the price can’t complain much

Big room enjoyed it.
