ผมและเพื่อนได้เข้าพักที่นี่ในช่วงที่คราฟเฟิลครอว์ลิ่ง 1 โลก! เป็นทําเลที่เหมาะที่สุดในการเข้าคอร์ling club เพื่อชมลูกชายเล่นของทีมแคนาดา 2 และเดินไปป้ายรถเมล์เพียงนิดเดียว ๆ เราได้ใช้บริการจักรยานและสกูตเตอร์ที่ทางโรงแรมจัดให้ด้วย เราได้รับประสบการณ์ที่ดีเยี่ยม!

too many unnecessary rules and customers service is not nice at all! not good for motorcycles! no place to lock anywhere in parking place. or yes there is, but it’s forbidden 🚫 ps, smoking place is straight front of first floor room window.. (and it’s only place to smoke.)

ฉันได้เข้าพักที่ VOX Hotel อย่างดีที่สุด! ตั้งแต่ก้าวเดินผ่านประตูหน้าฉันได้รับการต้อนรับด้วยรอยยิ้มใหญ่และความรู้สึกที่ต้อนรับ พนักงานทุกคนบนนั้นเป็นมิตรและอํานวยความสะดวกสุดๆ ห้องพักเท่ห์มากและเป็นเอกลักษณ์กับการออกแบบภายในและดีไซน์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมสุดๆ ทําเลที่ตั้งที่ลงตัว! อยู่ใจกลางเมืองJönköping. อาหารก็เยี่ยมมาก อาหารเช้า,กลางวันและตามสั่ง! ถ้าฉันต้องการที่พักใน Jönköping โว็กซ์จะเป็นตัวเลือกอันดับหนึ่งของฉันเสมอ!

ตรงกับราคาโปรโมชั่นของห้องมาตรฐานเตียงคู่บน Ctrip ฉันกังวลเป็นพิเศษเกี่ยวกับขนาดของห้องและกำหนดอย่างเด็ดขาด โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟมาก ใช้เวลาเดินประมาณสามหรือห้านาที และด้านข้างเป็นย่านการค้าหลักของเยินเชอปิง แผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรมมีความยินดีเป็นอย่างยิ่งและอาหารเช้าเต็มไปด้วยอาหารจานร้อนภายใต้เส้นทางอาหารเช้าแบบนอร์ดิก แม้จะไม่ใช่เมืองที่มีชื่อเสียง แต่ก็เป็นคณะทัวร์จีนที่มีจุดแวะพักทุกเช้าเพราะตั้งอยู่กลางอาณาเขตของสวีเดน

The John Bauer was our central meeting point for our family meeting/reunion. We took full advantage, staying, meeting and having our meals at the hotel over our weekend. The rooms were all that we needed and very comfortable. Easy to connect to the internet. The staff was very accommodating and we felt very well taken care of. I would not hesitate to stay here again, should I find myself in Jönköping.

Absolutely Fantastic Christmas Brunch today.We have been last Christmas and now back again Very delicious food,very clean restaurant,cosy atmosphere, lovely Christmas decoration,Very polite,helpful stuff. Second time we are satisfied .Everything was good.Hotel is in the center ,have parking.Good location,good view to the lake Recommend it....will be back for sure again.Regards Rosita & Leif.xxx

During my stay in our room at night, the water leaking from the ceiling did get on my computer,other electronic properties, clothes, shoes, etc. I called the reception and hotel authorities came to the room with another staff member and explained the situation. They said it rained a lot at night and the room may have had water from the ceiling. When I was leaving the hotel, I talked to authorities again and said that I would talk to my insurance company and inform her.The authorities was already in our room in the morning and saw the conditions and frankly we left the hotel trusting her. My insurance company stated that compensation should be paid by the hotel as the incident occurred during our stay. I contacted the hotel authorities and shared the insurance company's response. However, later on, the hotel authorities suggested in the mail that I might have damaged my computer after I left the hotel and that the computer was working in the hotel. To fully understand how and for how long water damage to itself can affect the functionality of a laptop, I encourage them research this topic further. As a paying guest at the Clarion Collection Hotel Victoria, I strongly disagree with claims that I damaged my computer after I left and they just recommend me to try to solve this issue with my own insurance company!!! This is unacceptable. It is my hope that they can improve to handle such situations with a better solution that aligns with the principles of guest satisfaction!!!

Came to the hotel with two others, we were going to share a family room. When we got to the room, the key cards didnt work. Finally inside, the room was full of dust. Could make picture in the dust, so the room must have been overlooked by cleaning staff for a long time. No soap in the toilet. Small room, had to use a chair to the bunk bed. Tried to get the ventilation but that made the dust even worse. The room felt old, worn out and a bit sad, with a sprinkle of dust. Went down to talk to staff, meet a man that had to get more toiletpaper (at least we had toilet paper in our room). Got to talk to a good staff member that upgraded us to two double rooms on another floor. The room was clean and not as worn out (but a bit worn out...). One of the room only had one small towel (for hands). Breakfast was okey, didnt make me very impressed. Maybe the experience allready made me very hard to impress. When checked out, got an invoice, even if we paid for it the day before. Talked to another staff member, than the day before, that didnt know that we had changed rooms. I dont recommend this hotel. Id rather stay in a caravan, then be paying for this hotel.
