Space Residency by Avery with Cityview at JBCC【Free Parking+Walk 100m to KSL+Infinity Pool】

cleanliness: cleanliness wise, i have to admit that it's definitely sparkling clean. location: as for location, as advertised, it's right beside KSL and there is a path leading to the lobby, pretty easy to find your way there. service: service is top notch, they picked us up from the lobby, patiently leading us through on the directions of the location. brought us all the way to the entrance of the room and may i add, they even gave us 2 complimentary drink. they also offer a 24h service so they are just a whatsapp text away from your needs. i tried liaising with someone whom i believe his name is samuel, on the possibilities of late check out. he then again patiently explained to us that there usually will be a charge but as for this case they waived it off fort wife and i. In the morning, they even sent a cute good morning picture, together with a voucher for our next stay, thereafter asking how was our stay and what can they improve on. amenities: although i did not have a chance to use the amenities, from the looks of it i can say it is definitely well maintained and well equipped with wtv u may need. thanks for listening 🙂

It was a short getaway with friends away from Singapore. As it was our first time staying at this new condo which I heard it’s newly built and just opened recently, I was more excited than my friends that I didn’t fully concentrate when the owner met me to assist with check-in and explained the facilities to me. Check-in was smooth and easy process. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly security guards. Thereafter, I was assisted by Samuel (a young , handsome, kind and hospitable chap), whom I believe is the owner managing the apartment units that we stayed. I got a different unit from my friends because I wanted some privacy and to sleep on my own bed and I’m happy I got a connecting room next to my friend’s. When he brought me to my room, I was quite surprised by how small the room was, quite compact that I would recommend a maximum of 2 persons to stay ideally. But the bed was super comfortable and huge, which allows me to roll freely and sleep comfortably. Room amenities such as dental kits, toiletries like shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer, kettle, comb and even shaving kit were provided to ensure convenience, which some other airbnbs or hotels don’t offer. Aircon is very cold, which makes sleeping more pleasant. Location of the apartment is highly accessible. If you’re hungry, 7 eleven and some other minimarts are just nearby, a few operates for 24hrs but most shops were closed at night. KSL city mall and other hotels are nearby which made it convenient for us to gather with our friends who stayed at nearby hotels. The only disadvantage during my stay was the fridge. I didn’t realise it wasn’t cold until when I came back I found my ice cream melting and had to throw it away. However, I was shocked but happy to receive a booking voucher from the owner to make it up for the fridge incident. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with my experience here and would definitely come back for another night of stay. Highly recommended SPACE RESIDENCY to all! Location is walking distance to KSL Mall so very convenient to many eating choices, massage parlours and shopping. We got a unit on level 36 (3 lifts that we can take) and it has an unblocked view. The room is clean and cosy, the bed and pillows are also comfortable. We could enjoy Netflix on the comfort of the bed. Wish that there is a full length mirror, hand towels, stool/chair to sit on though. The staff are very friendly and prompt in their services. They even gave us two welcome drinks upon checking in the room!

My family and I had a blast staying at Space Residency. There is nothing to complain about and the Avery Management took great care of us even though it’s just a 2D1N stay! Do note that the establishment is still relatively new. Hence, you will see and hear some construction works going on, but it did not affect our stay at all! We will definitely be back!!

Checking in was smooth and was given welcome drink. Got some issues with the TV channel and was given a change of room. Clean room great service

Is new ,clean and convenient with surrounded by Eatery and KSL. Service was excellent. Quite noisy as apartment is new with lots of renovation going on. Ear plug was provided. Warm infinity pool , game room and able to book karaoke room.
