After further experience, it seems that this place is typical for this area at this price range. So I guess I got what I paid for. But still, I was significantly disappointed by the lack of cleanliness.
The lobby seemed clean and new, but after that, the elevator, hallway, and room were disappointing. And although this room was a bit cleaner than a cheaper room at a different hotel nearby, the floor and bathroom were still noticeably dirty. There was a stain on the bedsheet, which I don’t doubt was perfectly sanitary, but still added to the impression of it being dirty. There were some free condoms and lube in a container near the bed, which made the place feel even more shady and unappealing.
Besides those things, it was fine. The breakfast on the top floor (you have to go up a set of stairs to get to it) was ok, though quite simple, Chinese-style breakfast items.
Overall, it was tolerable, and from experiencing a few other hotels later during my stay, I came to see that it’s hard to get anything much better than that for that price range. I paid about $28/night for this place. If you want a clean place to stay, you’ll probably have to pay a decent amount more money, probably more than $40.

酒店地理位置相當不錯，沒選錯，來聽陳奕迅泉州演唱會，本來覺得離體育場有點距離，還猶豫了一下，但已經算晉江離體育場比較近的酒店了，最後聽完演唱會，出門坐演唱會公交1號線，一站地就到了，10：40已經回到酒店了，下次有機會還選這裏。

我們是經常出差入住這家酒店的，服務很好，房間設施寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨床品舒適，門口有停車位旁邊也有停車場，停車方便。讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。酒店的地理位置非常便利，周邊景點眾多，交通也非常方便。推薦一下。

空調遙控器是壞的，電視遙控器沒有，和前台溝通，大半夜的要挾我退房退款，問題一個也不解決，真是奇葩酒店。房間沒有窗，酒店走廊地攤臟的噁心，早餐9點去，啥也沒了，這是此生遇到的最差最差的酒店。0.5分我都不想給！建議攜程下架各樣的酒店！

酒店以次充好，訂了有沙發的房間，給了面積幾乎小一半的沒沙發的角房，合理懷疑是最平價的一檔房間，去找前台理論，態度很差很差‼️非常囂張，完全不講道理，後來續房也多番刁難，沒叫打掃，問要兩瓶水也死活不給，和攜程投訴了好久才有一個合理的解決，從來不評論實在受不了了，這麼差的體驗👎房間隔音特別特別差，風吹草動都聽得到😅
