This hotel is severely mismanaged. Don't be fooled by their pictures. I arrived around midnight after getting off the train hoping to take a quick shower and sleep somewhere comfortable and clean for an overnight transfer. I didn't even bother staying for more than an hour after seeing how my room was so utterly disgusting and run down. Despite the location being right next to the train station, I felt so uncomfortable in that room. The bed sheets were stained, the fixtures were falling apart or broken, there was dirt and dust everywhere, and the shower leaked. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are better options nearby.

I was given a room with noisy air-conditioning + leaky room door!! After requesting room change, the next room has a faulty TV and lights. The WiFi also give me intermittent connection. Overall not a pleasant experience. The service staff is polite though, but not professional enough. Abandon the stay after one night.

5 minutes walk to the railway station/bus station, about 15 minutes walk to the long distance bus terminal , but has a quiet & pleasant environment. Excellent view of the city. Clean & comfortable. Bedding. I strongly recommend it.

The environment is very good.
