I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. The most significant issue was the heating system, which did not work throughout the hotel. Despite several requests to the staff, the problem remained unresolved, and no update was provided the next day. The room itself was extremely cold upon arrival, as the balcony/window door had been left open. Closing it was not easy due to a worn-out mechanism. The bathroom facilities were also problematic. The toilet seemed prone to clogging almost every time it was used, and there was even a notice asking guests not to flush twice and instead call staff for assistance - something I have never encountered before in a hotel. Cleanliness was not ideal, with noticeable dust in the room. In addition, some basic amenities were missing (for example, ear swabs), which are usually standard in many hotels. Breakfast was quite disappointing - limited selection and no espresso machine, which is a basic expectation in most hotels. At night, there was also significant noise from car horns outside, which made it difficult to sleep. The only "positive" aspect is the hotel’s location - it is conveniently situated near the central bus and train stations. The stay did not meet a reasonable standard of comfort and service. I would recommend considering other options if possible.
