I'm currently staying one night at this hotel after a nearby wedding. All I needed was one night to sleep and shower. That's it. But honestly, I can't wait to leave and go home. What I've Dealt With When I got to my room: fridge completely dead, toilet leaking water all over the floor. Staff helped clean it up. Then we realised a wedding was blasting directly underneath us, so much for sleep. They moved me to a second room. Shower water pressure doesn't work like not even one bit. I call the staff. Someone comes up, checks the shower, and just... leaves. Doesn't say a word to me, literally nothing at all. I call three more times. Finally they agree to change my room again. By now the staff shift changed, so I'm explaining my entire nightmare to a new person, I haven't sat down for a second since I arrived not a second of peace of mind has been felt in this hotel. He says "I'll send someone with a trolley to help move your bags." They sent a maid. No trolley. I carried everything myself, floor to floor, by hand. OH OHHH BLOOD STAIN ALL OVER THE TOWELS!!!! DISGUSTING ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The Reality: The hotel looks nice on the surface. The service and rooms? Absolutely horrible. HORRIBLE My Honest Recommendation: If you're thinking about booking here, don't! Choose anywhere else, even if it's further away. It's not worth the headache.

Very Nice family hotel; Rooms are elegant, clean, & spacious. Ours was overlooking the beautiful and spacious Green garden. Very friendly Staff and Excellent service. Fitness club along to both indoor & outdoor swimming pool (couldn't use this facility) The Breakfast could be further enhanced in terms of variety and presentation. We were there during an off season, thus some parts looked dusty. Besides that we had a great and much needed family break with a close distance to major touristic attractions in the heart of Bekaa valley!

Everything s'immerge vacation we visit this Nice hôtel it is à wonderful place to relax and have fun. Clean rooms and pool welcoming staff specially Mr "Suleiman" you should visit if you want a classical and elegant hotel

Chtaura park hotel is a perfect place for families.We had great time at their pool today the food was delicious and the staff was very kind and welcoming.the room was clean and spacious with beautiful pool view.i will definitely visit this hotel again and recommend it to our friends.

I spent 4 nights there in october 2012. The rooms are big but we had to ask for a bed lamp in order to be able read. Breakfast is included in the price and pretty good. One evening we ate in the hotel restaurant, the lebanese food we ordered was fastly served and very good. On the other hand, the room service isn't very good: once they forgot a towel, once they forgot the small chocolates, once they forgot to add toilet paper, once the didn't fold our pyjama and they didn't refurnished properly the shampoos, bath gel and bodycream. The staff is friendly but not very well trained. The swimming pool was full but dirty because in October it is winter for them and they don't use it anymore. It was 30 degrees celsius though and for us tourists from Europe we would have love to swim with such a nice weather! Internet is slow but it works and it's free! Anyway, for a 5 star hotel, everything should be much better! Therefore I rate it as a 3 star hotel.

We were a Large group of 20 persons, and we arrived at the hotel during a stormy day - just to find the warm welcome of the employees on the reception and the smile of the concierge guys who were more than happy to assist us all with the bags without even hesitating or awaiting to be asked. The check-in was very smooth and the bags were already awaiting us in front of the rooms when we got there. The rooms were very luxurious and well maintained and contemporary decorated - the Bathrooms and showers were fabulous. We had a Forest view (recommended) and it snowed and gave the best view Ever. the amenities were good but not excellent, the shower spilled water on the bathroom floor and the pillows were not as comfortable as the Bed but we slept well through the night - some of the groups could hear our conversation in the hallway when speaking in the room. The only thing that we weren't impressed with was the Breakfast Buffet, we felt it needed to be more rich. Yet the atmosphere and the hospitality of the employees was enough to make us enjoy our stay and make it an unforgettable one

We came here, me and my wife , to celebrate our first wedding anniversary, in the same place where we got married one year ago. We stayed for 2 nights, 15-16 of august. Everything was wonderful again & again, the location is ideal, the hotel still conserves its classy and elegant style. The staff is professional and friendly at the same time, whenever u need them u find them. Rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean, with cozy balconies overlooking the pool or the gardens. The breakfast is tasty and rich, especially at summer weekends when the hotel is nearly fully booked. U can enjoy your day on the pool which is also very clean, and spend your night at the hotel profiting from the charming terrace near the pool, where big events take place, and where u can enjoy your lebanese or international dinner. Otherwise, u have plenty of attractions near the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay, and we are looking forward to come as soon as we can to realive our best memories in this charming place.

My experience at Chtaura Park Hotel was truly exceptional! The hotel offers luxurious rooms, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. My Deluxe Room with a large bed was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. I also enjoyed the gym, free parking, and fast WiFi. Everything was perfectly managed, making my stay relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend Chtaura Park Hotel for a 5-star experience!
