Hi All 1.Smoothly checked In on 22 Feb and was welcomed with a lot of warmth by a very genial, GM Mr Ujjwal and the Front Office team led by Mr Rajinder. 2.Observations on the accommodation and house-keeping are placed below :- (a) Found the blue colour carpets in the room to be rather garish. (b) Housekeeping supervision needs to be more detailed. Closing down of ironing services at 1900 hrs was strange for sure. (c) Design of the bathing space next to the bath tub is arguably the worst in terms of functionality and hygiene. 3.Observations on F n B services (a) Limited but well prepared buffet. (b) Made to order preparations were EXCELLENT everytime. (c) Table services effective and genuinely warm. 4.Overall,I am happy with the stay at this property finding the staff to be warm and people friendly, a statement echoed by ***y of my colleagues in the Army. Very cooperative staff especially Dimple . The Best in Jammu.The taste of food was fantastic and starters were very tasty. The way we were treated, i really appreciate that, best parking facilities, located in the heart of the city. Guys don't miss visiting this place.

Excellent service by this hotel staff . Specially staff Vandana sharma , Bhushan did great job in cleaning n room maintenance. Laundary and everything was good and on time delivery . Food also very good and specially Kashmiri dishes were very tasty .
