The location was excellant as it was on top a huge shopping mall, access to lots of food stores and transport. The business lounge was great with meeting rooms available for private appointments. The only issue I have with the hotel is that is cost 3 to 4x more than most 5 star hotels in Jakarta.

We had 2 days meeting, the banquet staff is very fast respond, friendly, the rooms are so clean, smells good but only for time check in is quietly slow, but overall service is ok. I hope this review can make you guys increase your quality Very thankyou and see you next time

The hotel itself is luxurious and the room layout is very convenient to stay. However, the internet was a bit slow to have a meeting via Zoom. Even if you're a marriott Bonvoy member, you have no access to the full buffet breakfast on the 6th floor. On top of that, its room charge costs twice as much as other 5-star hotels in Jakarta. Even though the hotel is directly connected to Pacific Place Mall, we hardly find it worth paying that much.

Have a wedding of 200 people in Jan 2024 and it was a great success. From holy matrimony, teapai ceremony and finally the reception. The food and services was great even small issue cleared immediately. Thanks to banquet officer Pak Miko, Pak Supomo, Pak Sudirman and the whole staff that support even the smallest request Thanks
