The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make your stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Jaisalmer.This is the best hotel in Jaisalmer. Best in the hotel in hotel rooftop.❤️

Beautiful place located in a quiet area with an amazing view to the fort from the rooftop. The rooms are a piece of art, staff and owner are helpful, genuine and super friendly. They also organize different tours, transport etc. and have precious tips for your entire stay. Highly recommend!

Hotel Shahi Palace is a beautiful place with welcoming staff and an alluring energy. A ride was arranged for me from the Jodhpur airport and my driver was so kind, and even stopped to get me my first cup of authentic chai. Upon arrival I immediately felt welcomed by Devilal and the others, and was amazed at the beauty of this palace and city. The architecture and style of this building is unique and filled with gorgeous details. The rooms are comfortable and cool, with large fans and AC to keep you comfortable in the heat. The food is delicious and the view from the rooftop restaurant area makes it an even more delightful experience. Highly recommend checking out this gem of a hotel in the Golden City!

I stayed at hotel shahi palace during my Rajsthan trip in Jaisalmer. The hotel owner Devilal made good arrangements for my visit , he ***aged the pick up and given good welcome . My room was nice . The hotel is well decorated with Rajasthani style and it looks beautiful on walls . Jaisalmer is a beautiful city with all houses made of jaisalmer sand stone and the same Shahi palace is also used as the sand stone on the walls and floor as well. The roof top of hotel is very beautiful, that's meeting point and meeting people from all over the world and sharing the tea or coffee with travel stories. I will definitely visit again in future

The hotel is very beautiful. The safari organised by this hotel has also been very eventful and nice. The people working there are very friendly, kind and hospital, they offer help wherever they can. I can really recommend this hotel to everyone coming with friends looking for a fun time!

Fabulous little hotel a few minutes walk away from the fort. Booking was easy, and we arranged with the hotel for a pick-up at 4am from the train station which went without a hitch. Our room was ready and waiting for us when we arrived which was an added bonus. The staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful, they helped organise a desert/camel safari and our onward travel. The roof top restaurant was fantastic with great views across to the fort, we can’t comment on the food in the evening but the breakfast was great and the banana pancakes were lovely! Thoroughly recommend this hotel if you’re staying in jaisalmer!

This hotel is fantastic. Very reasonable priced, friendly staff who can arrange anything for you. We went on a great camel safari organised through the hotel and had a great guide who was informative, interesting and a great cook around the campfire. The rooftop bar and restaurant was lovely with a friendly ***ager. All in all I throughly recommend this hotel, great value and great service
