Helpful concierge and laundry staff. Pool, gym and spa staff needed more training in customer service and knowledge on not to stare to make guests uncomfortable

I had a fantastic stay at Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur. The hotel is well-maintained and offers excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities needed for a pleasant stay.
The staff were extremely courteous and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, catering to both Indian and international tastes. The rooftop pool and restaurant offered a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful city views, making it a great spot to unwind.
Located centrally, the hotel provides easy access to Jaipur’s main attractions. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would highly recommend Ramada Jaipur for both business and leisure stays.

Not a5 star or 4 star property at all. Average experience here. Rooms and lobby has since weird smell. Just an ok option of you are not getting any other good hotel.

The room was not properly clean and the bedsheet had stain marks and also the room service department was not good and no clear information give for ice bucket to be charged. The only department which was good is housekeeping and the front desk during our checkin.

The hotel was forcing us the buy Christmas Gala Dinner saying it was mentioned in our booking and that all guests are ‘required’ to attend it! This is the most ridiculous condition to stay at the hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to tourists.

住過的最差，進大廳，房間，一股強烈異味。設施老舊，破。人皆冷漠。前台説我沒付款，讓他給行程確認單照了像，還説沒看見付款。我把paid 放大。才讓入住。第二天check out . 還是説沒付款，扯了半天。衹求趕緊逃離，

The employees of the hotel are very good right from the front desk, house keeping , restaurant etc. had comfortable stay. The restaurant is very well managed. The hotel is very well located. It is very convenient to go to any part of the town. At restaurant the care and services provided by Kushal and Brijesh was excellent.

Amazing customer service food at the restaurant is very tasty and clean environment the restaurant is located in the heart of Jaipur surrounded by all shopping and street food Kushal is the waiter who was very helpful and supportive he arranged a amazing dinner

From the start ie cheking till next days breakfast everything was excellent. Food was as good as expected Staff especially kushal in the breakfast was very helpful. Mr Rakesh ( manager) was also very helpful. I would suggest for staying at ramada if coming to jaipur We stayed in suite room.

I always go for the breakfast at the restaurant in ramada hotel The food and service both are amazing Good staff and well maintained restaurant Staff names I want to mention Mr Kushal, Mr Navratan , Mr Satveer and above all thanks to ramada hope to come here again...

Our stay was wonderfully relaxing. Rupchand's yoga sessions were a highlight, his instruction was expert and calming. The massage services were also excellent, highly skilled therapists. The wellness experience was top-notch, truly restorative. Highly recommend.
