Helpful concierge and laundry staff. Pool, gym and spa staff needed more training in customer service and knowledge on not to stare to make guests uncomfortable

I had a fantastic stay at Ramada by Wyndham Jaipur. The hotel is well-maintained and offers excellent value for money. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with all the modern amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely courteous and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, catering to both Indian and international tastes. The rooftop pool and restaurant offered a relaxing atmosphere with beautiful city views, making it a great spot to unwind. Located centrally, the hotel provides easy access to Jaipur’s main attractions. Overall, my experience was wonderful, and I would highly recommend Ramada Jaipur for both business and leisure stays.

Not a5 star or 4 star property at all. Average experience here. Rooms and lobby has since weird smell. Just an ok option of you are not getting any other good hotel.

The room was not properly clean and the bedsheet had stain marks and also the room service department was not good and no clear information give for ice bucket to be charged. The only department which was good is housekeeping and the front desk during our checkin.

Looks more like a 3 star hotel. The amenities are not managed well.

The hotel was forcing us the buy Christmas Gala Dinner saying it was mentioned in our booking and that all guests are ‘required’ to attend it! This is the most ridiculous condition to stay at the hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to tourists.

This property not belong to star property. Rooms are so old not updated bathroom not too good and no bathroom amenities.

住過的最差，進大廳，房間，一股強烈異味。設施老舊，破。人皆冷漠。前台説我沒付款，讓他給行程確認單照了像，還説沒看見付款。我把paid 放大。才讓入住。第二天check out . 還是説沒付款，扯了半天。衹求趕緊逃離，

Tres bon hôtel, propre et bien situé. Le personnel très à l’écoute. service au petit déjeuner impeccable.

pasta was the best ever that I have had Indian food ladies fingers also excellent room and extra bed and view was great Kajal was serving and she was very sweet and caring wish her all the best in life location was very central and parj8ng was available checking and baggage handling was perfect

The stay was good and this is my first time in jaipur ramada everthing was comfortable food to room ….the staff are nice and humble specially Mujahid from bell desk and front desk staff Loni ………………………..would like to come again……………………………….

I was at Ramada for 2 nights for a Client’s event. The property, though a little old is very comfortable. The staff, across is very polite, warm, smiling and efficient. Special mention of Roopam & Kajal from the restaurant, Basar from housekeeping, Sohan & Mujahid from concierge. I had a fantastic stay 👍

It’s very nice stay and excellent service and also food quality. And near to all tourists point in Jaipur and also by air port. all staff is well educated and communicated. rooms are neat and clean Shopping market to close also public transport available
