Best services by pratisha she is very nice so sweet girl & gopal sharma,room r nice,food is excelent,check in & out good first foor break fast super everything is excelent staff are very good hotel is very nice thank you so much staff keep it up

Very good place … very nice staff … Pratisha was very kind and help … always willing to help and ask whether I would like a fresh cup of Chai (which is my weekends … a good cup of Chai can put anyone in a good mood) or Coffee… Overall all the people are good here … Thank you Amit Ji for always being kind and helpful … Thank you all

A bit of a disappointment! The hotel is in a perfect location to see the amazing city of Jaipur. It is listed as a 5* hotel but hasn’t been 5* for 15 years I’d imagine. It all starts with the staff who (the majority) aren’t overly helpful and quite unprofessional - constantly on their phones or chatting and laughing with each other rather than paying attention to guests. There were a couple of brilliant staff (one of the younger lads who cleaned was really chatty and smiley and a couple of the guys that worked the bar). It is a real shame because the lobby area and restaurant is quite nice. The rooms are very dated and not the cleanest. They need to update the hotel and it needs the standards driving up on all fronts. It would be a 4* at best. The roof terrace is dated and no one is ever up there so no atmosphere. The food was a positive and very reasonably priced.

Pratisha- She was very good at service and very nice in gesture. She is a good staff. And even the whole staff of hotel was very good, the food , room and ambience is excellent. My trip was excellent because of the stay at this hotel. I recommend people to visit this place. Excellent staff.

Located in the heart of Jaipur, Shakun Resort made our job easy. Being close to our workplace and the comfortable bed at Shakun Resort helped in removing our fatigue and energizing us every day. Breakfast was fantastic and delicious with a variety of Indian dishes.

If you want to stay at a hotel where women who are walking around the premises alone are asked for room number, ID and room card everytime and you need to literally haggle for "free" wifi they claim to have throughout the hotel (to which the front desk staff rudely throws a dongle at you for wifi which you now need to carry with you around the hotel to access wifi, leave alone the multiple login pages to access internet, hard limit on the number of customers logged in at one time and different username/passwords combos), switches catching fire when an iron is plugged in, kettle not working in the room, bathroom with used toiletries from previous stay, neighbors not used to closing the door behind them leading to noisy corridors please go ahead and book your stay here

My family and I recently stayed at Shakun Hotels and Resorts in Jaipur, and it was an absolute nightmare. The staff's behavior was appalling - rude and unprofessional. We felt harassed throughout our stay, making it an uncomfortable experience. Additionally, the hygiene standards were shockingly low, with the discovery of around 10-12 spiders in our room. It felt like a horror movie rather than a relaxing vacation. I strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your stay in Jaipur. The trays full of coffee and tea sachets were thrown in the almirah. any 3 star property would have treated us and resolved the issue in a better way the worst part is that these spiders were near the water glasses. When we had been connected to the owner he was replying to the concern saying this stuff usually happens and asked us not to make such a big deal out of it.

I recently stay at shakun hotel jaipur. It’s like worst experience for me. I would suggest to people who going to book this hotel. I suggest to people not visit this property.. I have some pictures of this property room having dust and broken door and wall not cleaned
