From the moment I arrived at Thinnai Hotel, I felt genuinely welcomed. A massive shout-out to the receptionist staff, Princi and Vithursha, who were incredibly warm, friendly, and hospitable from the very beginning. They immediately made me feel like I had chosen the perfect place to stay. The suite room was absolutely fantastic — spacious, beautiful, luxurious, and very comfortable. The pool area was also excellent and added to the overall experience. Later, I visited the bar for a few drinks and tried the hot cuttlefish, which was delicious. The barman, Rokeerththanan, provided outstanding service throughout the evening. He was very informative, attentive, and made some excellent recommendations. He recommended their special “Only in Yal” cocktail, which he personally prepared, and it was absolutely amazing — definitely one of the highlights of my stay. What impressed me most was the level of hospitality and service from the entire team. They accommodated all my needs, including a late check-out, and every request I made was handled more than promptly and professionally. I truly felt looked after and valued throughout my stay. Overall, the service was top-class from start to finish, and the experience was worth every single cent. Sadly, I’m only staying for one night, but I will definitely return again for a much longer stay. A huge thank you and big shout-out to the staff and management for doing such a fantastic job. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back again!
