按金扣多錢，好幾天讓客服去弄都弄不回來。太差勁了。環境也一般，很舊的感覺。

One of thr people behind the desk was kinda snoody when we asked about the breakfast which when booking the room in the first place made it seem there was complimentary breakfast. Also we wish we knew the mini fridge wasnt on because our food ruined.
Also it was so loud both nights and we didnt like that part at all..

Terribly dirty, with hair and dead cockroaches on the bathroom floor. The worst part was being in a room near the elevator, which beeps loudly at every floor all night long. It's like sleeping next to a smoke alarm with a low battery. I was supposed to stay here again on my return trip home but based on my first visit I cancelled and booked another hotel. Staff were very professional and nice.

Very nice facility generally. A complaint. I am wheelchair dependent. I had to leave the nice majestic car portico and venture out into the rain to access a ramp onto the sidewalk to get under the portico and into the building. Why?

I loved the lady at the desk, when checking in. She worked to accommodate me and my wife. The lady was very knowledgeable of the area. Only thing I didn't like about the stay was it didn't serve breakfast.

The elevators are old and didnt work that great. Seemed like more of a party hotel. As there were people being very loud in the halls. The tolite ran constantly. The food from the red gill bistro was burnt and bland. There is a dave and busters about 2 or 3 blocks away. A lot of people hang out in tje parking lot, some smokeing ****. The door are locked at 10pm and there is a security guard walking around. It is never good to see security at a hotel. Usually means that the state requires them. The tub drains very slowly. Wyndham hotels used to be very nice hotels, but this one ranked with a poor motel 6
