The bathroom is quiet small, no elevator which is a bit inconvenient if you carry big luggage case. The room is ok, breakfast is decent but the dining room is small, it's crowd there during morning time.

The cabin was old but clean.Thr problem was that our water heater failed, they had to work for four hours in the room with all of our stuff inside. They couldn't fix it since it's an old installation, they offerd us to move to another cabin, and give a discount for the inconvenience, we accepted. In the second cabin the hot water ALSO FAILED, my kid was freezing at half shower, it was midnight New years eve so we went to sleep and didn't shower. At the next day the lady in the front desk refused to honor the disccount even when i told her we also had problems on the second cabin, she had a very rude attitude. Jackson it's a beautiful town but I wouldn't recommend the elk for your stay.

Starting with the good, the location is ideal and within walking distance of the main attractions in Jackson. The check in was fast & friendly, they have a good selection of drinks available at all times in the lobby & complimentary cookies at check in which were delicious. However, despite the lobby looking very nice and welcoming, the rooms are dingy and very dated, with carpets that needs to be replaced and peeling paint. That said, it was fine for a night’s stay where we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but the expensive price is not reflective of the fact this is a 3 star hotel and is in desperate need of updating.

獨棟小屋相當不錯，整體比較安靜。有電磁爐做飯工具，獨立衞浴，獨立車位等，有點問題是洗手池偏小。服務也很好，基本電話到call前台，都能很快派人幫忙解決問題。價格有點小貴，不過在這個時間也能理解，相對物有所值吧。

挺好的酒店，房間很寬敞乾淨，有國內五星水平，帶游泳池，看挺多度假的老外在裏面泡，我們是去機場前住一晚，就簡單住一下沒有體驗裏面的設施了. 早餐六點半開始服務，自助的，種類挺多，吃完去機場趕飛機，開到機場十五分鐘吧 周邊就有不少吃飯的店，我們開車七八分鐘去了一箇中餐廳吃飯.

房間寬敞，設施雖然老舊，也還乾淨。酒店步行十分鐘可到鹿角公園。美式早餐，該有的都有。給的房間陽台，正對2個大垃圾桶，膈應人。

Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. HÔTEL dans son jus, chambre petite et sombre, moquette ancienne, salle de bains vieillotte avec articles de bain made in China.Salle du petit-déjeuner très petite , les clients doivent manger sur les fauteuils de l'entrée de l'hôtel faute de place. Produits alimentaires industriels.Personnel froid.Hotel bien placé, calme , avec grand parking, c'est tout On n'y retournera pas.

設施：有點老了 衞生：乾淨 環境：好 服務：可以

環境非常好，就在滑雪場旁邊，周圍很多餐廳，有室內外游泳池，房間很寬敞，早餐也不錯。

是我們全家喜歡古典風格，泳池温泉超預期，早餐照顧了各種習俗、冷熱兼具，周邊吃豐味的餐廳也多。院內可見長長的雪道，冬天滑雪季首選。

酒店位置在傑克遜小鎮上 開車20分鐘可以去大提頓 可以免費停車 但是設施老舊 但是很乾凈 有早餐很不錯 沒有電梯

酒店乾淨整潔，距離鎮中心很近，步行就可以購物餐飲，加油站也在邊上。房間蠻大，早餐可口，總之一切都超預期。

房間很有特色。
