ฉันให้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมแย่เพราะวันที่เรามาถึงเกือบจะเที่ยงคืนแล้ว ประตูคีย์การ์ดหน้าโรงแรมใช้งานไม่ได้ เราต้องรอที่ถนนหน้าโรงแรมอย่างน้อย 20 นาที อุณหภูมิ -20C เราเข้าไปในอาคารได้เพราะมีแขกของโรงแรมเปิดประตูจากด้านใน และได้รับความช่วยเหลือจากคนขับแท็กซี่ ไม่ใช่จากการช่วยเหลือของพนักงานโรงแรม แต่อาหารเช้าและทำเลดี มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนน

ห้องซาวน่าเยี่ยมมาก ฉันเคยสัมผัสกับห้องซาวน่าแบบดั้งเดิมและมันก็เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยม

The room was clean and comfortable, the receptionist was very kind and friendly, and the breakfast was really nice! Besides, what I loved most is the location — can find the arctic light easily on the frozen river, which is just behind the hotel.

Love everything about the hotel, especially the sauna, everyone should book the one with sauna Is a very small town so nothing much to eat

Just awesome. Breakfast is the wonderful restaurant in Finland. I definitely go there again if I visit there on day.

The room is spacious and clean. Our room have private sauna facility, we love and enjoy it. There is a supermarket just opposite of the hotel, very convenience.

The room waa clean and cozy. The hotel offered transfer services from Ivalo Airport to the hotel with a cost of Euro15.

Functions like a studio apartment, has a kitchen but if u do heavy cooking the bed will stink as there is a bed beside the stove. Apartments are location across the merry-go-round junction from the reception area, so it will be better if you have got a car instead so you dont have to drag your luggage across.

Convenient location with 2 supermarkets close to the hotel. Ones can book a wide of activities via the hotel too

Hotel service was very good and accomodating. Glad that we have chosen this hotel during our stay in Ivalo.

Clean with everything I needed. The restaurant servers and hotel reception were friendly and efficient. The restaurant had lots of local dishes.

Anne is very helpful to settle our transfer issue. Good stay!
