We booked for two nights, stayed for the first night but couldn’t sleep, the bed is small and not comfortable, the room is noisy and the room and bathroom are smelly. We talked to the manager to cancel our stay the second night because of the above reasons and he refused to refund us or change the room. The location is good and near to restaurants and markets but overall I don’t recommend this place.

Overall, my experience at SEHIR HOTEL OLD CITY was average. The key highlights were the great location and the convenience it offered. 📍✨ However, there were a few areas that left room for improvement. The rooms in the hotel were on the smaller side, which could be a drawback for guests seeking more space and comfort. 🛌🏻🚶🏻♀️ Additionally, it would have been nicer to have more amenities or facilities available to enhance the stay. Nonetheless, the hotel's fantastic location made it easy to explore and access nearby attractions. 🗺️🌆 So, if you're primarily looking for a well-situated accommodation, SEHIR HOTEL OLD CITY could be a suitable option.

The staff was so helpfull several.ifvthem.spoke English abd the other ones tried. We enjoy our stay. Centraly located very safe area and easy to come and go from all.the turist destinations. We recoment this hotel.

Even though we arranged our stay a month before when we went there they told us that there’s no room available. The staff very ignorant,they did not care at all and just told us they don’t have a room. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find another place.

The location was fantastic. Lots of shopping areas and restaurants, but it was super loud in the hotel. Walls are like paper and you can hear people talking in the hallway or other rooms as if they are in your room.

wij kwamen in dit hotel aan met 3 kleine kinderen na een lange reis. we kregen de mededeling dat onze kamer niet meer beschikbaar was omdat er waterlekkage was in onze kamer. we kregen een kamer aangeboden in het hotel er naast maar wij waren met 5 personen en ze boden een kleine kamer aan met maar 3 bedden. deze hebben we geweigerd en na 30 minuten buiten wachten brachten ze ons naar een bijgebouw waar we een kamer kregen die niet schoon was... er lag haar op de grond, het beddengoed was vies en het toilet was gebruikt!!!! super smerig en ik moest in de nacht op zoek gaan naar een ander hotel. de receptie (Ammar) vertelde ons dat we weg konden als het niet beviel en dat we ons geld van *********** terug zou krijgen. Dit geld hebben we nooit teug gekregen omdat dit hotel een ander verhaal vertelt aan ***********!! ze zijn zelfs bereid om te liegen!! vreselijk hotel!!! Het was een vreselijke ervaring en raad niemand aan om hier een kamer te boeken! laat jouw reis naar het mooie Istanbul niet verpesten door hier naartoe te gaan.
