Very small swimming pool Poor attitude to visitors Poor English of the staff!

They have charged extra £25 for early check in, And swimming pool isn’t free after 7PM, meaning you pay for every little service even if it’s been already paid.

The breakfast was amazing, a highlight of the trip. It’s located only fifteen minutes from Sultanahmet if you walk. My son liked taking the tram from the Grand Bazaar station right near the hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful organizing a car to the airport when we checked out. If we get a chance to fly through and take a few days stopover in Istanbul again, I’ll almost certainly try booking here again.

The service at this hotel is great ! Prices are reasonable and the location is 5 stars. The view was amazing facing Beyazit masjid - would stay here again!!

Amazing location of the hotel made our extremely comfortable. Almost all the main historical locations were in walking distance from hotel. Reception staff Mr. Omer was very polite and helpful all the time-every day along with all other staff of the kitchen and housekeeping. This was our second stay in this hotel and we are definitely looking forward to choose this hotel again.
