The service is very good and the room is very clean with daily room service. The only minus point is my window: I don't have any view when opening my window :)
Alles was heel goed geregeld schoon hotel mooie locatie echter moesten we ieder ochtend voor koffie op onze kamer vragen. Dat was minder dat dat niet regelmatig werd bijgehouden.

Checked in yesterday and had already paid for 3 days but had to check out the next morning. Honestly this place would probably just about hit 3 stars, it’s awful! Do not waste your money, bad service, bad condition of hotel room, we had booked the “best” suite which was horrible. Shower was disgusting, peeling wall paper, no sofa bed although the hotel had advertised a sofa bed. The reception service was bad too Turkan, the receptionist just wasn’t helpful and somewhat rude. Plugpoints don’t work either, the worst experience I’ve had. Breakfast selection was poor too! Save your money fellow travellers! Do not get scammed to book here. Unfortunately we’ve lost our money out on this but wasn’t worth the hardship of staying there

Bentley hotel Bosphorus is centrally located, close to the high fashion street in Istanbul. The hotel rooms are exceptionally good, clean with sincere and polite staff. A good breakfast spread is very satisfying. Overall a very good vacation experience with the family. Thanks to Bentley hotel specially Zoha Khan.

Everything was good. Room was also clean. Breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel.location was near in the center of area. Taksim was also very near. Zoha guest relation was really guiding us and gave professional service. Will come again.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul who wants to enjoy their time. The hotel is well-located, exceptionally clean, and the staff is wonderful—always smiling and willing to help. Honestly the stay was so horrible. The pillow had mascara stains on it. The floor had glitter on it?? The bathroom full of stains and oh my god the shower place was so narrow it’s uncomfortable. I was in tears when I saw the room as I paid the same amount for a room in Hilton or Radisson Blu. I was so frustrated and mad and when I asked for a refund for the rest of the nights as I will not stay there, they refused and started lying to me regarding *********** and refund. I had to make several complains and emails and calls to *********** Honestly it’s still not resolved and I’m not sure if I’ll get my money back but I just want to tell people RUN! This hotel is probably a 3 star hotel but the treatment and the customer service I received was so awful. Also when I carefully started reading the comments on *********** there was something related to a female traveler that got harassed. I wish I had seen these comments before I booked.

Zoha and hilal make sure see this ladys they are amazing helpfull i am so happy with the stuff and hotel also its close distance to everything also the breakfast was amazing Very reasonable price and if you need anything just ask zoha and hilal

Eclxcellent staff, cleanliness, service, and location. Faten and Ismail are great helpers and facilitated a lot of my activities they are and very helpful. I highly commend this hotel in Istanbul. I was planning for 2 nights and I extended an additional night because of the service
