Taksim Wooden House Hostel is horrible, weird, and not where you want to go in istanbul..... 10 100% better hostels very near. Details: old weird tilting building. all your things will roll from one side to the other, fall out of shelves, because no surface is flat! incompetent architecture! receptionist can no english, spanish, russian.... receptionist has very bad breath! talking to him is disgusting. broken card payment machine! building on a very steep hill.... weird small cramped building small cramped room small cramped bed/cheap ikeatrash bunkbeds for children. small cramped ceilings small cramped toilet small cramped everything just weird. and..... no microwave no stove no watercooker! how to cook food? Taksim Wooden House Hostel is a crazy weird "hostel"

Booked the hostel and then cancelled within the free cancellation policy from ***********. The property charged my credit card BEFORE my trip, even if I selected to pay at the property, and then refused to refund the money when I cancelled, even if I have a confirmation from *********** that the cancellation was within the free cancellation period. Basically just scammers, so avoid at all costs.

Taksim meydanına 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, sakin ve temiz bir bölgede yer almaktadır. Odalarda temiz çarşaf ve havlu bulunmaktadır. Arka bahçede teras mevcuttur. Personel yardımsever ve çok iyi biridir. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum.
