ทำเลที่ตั้งดี แต่จริงๆ แล้วเป็นเพียงที่ตั้งเท่านั้น ผ้าปูที่นอนไม่สะอาด และฉันเสียเวลามากเพราะเจ้าหน้าที่เคาน์เตอร์จัดการงาน

โรงแรมที่ดีใกล้กับศูนย์กลาง พวกเขาเป็นมิตร แม้ว่าบางสิ่งจะเก่า ห้องพักและห้องอาบน้ำก็ดี และคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่เสียไป

Best staff best location i liked this hotel. İt has wonderfull location as at taksim istiklal street.İt near by night club,shopping store,traditonal candy shops,sisha bla bla.İf you stay here you should fine everything easly.İ suggest this hotel ..

I arrived the Nupera hotel with my wife last month (October 2023)the hotel manager and all his staff and clerks were polite and respected us . They treated me nicely. In check out I left my back pack but they called me and followed me for giving it back they are very honest . I was satisfied.the hotel wad really saif. This was not one of the worst hotels that I have ever seen, it was the WORST! The room was not clean at all. We stayed there for 6 nights and they didn't change the sheets or the towels even once, even though we asked them repeatedly to do so! The bed sheets qnd towels were are stained and torn. The hotel was next to a hospital and at night it got really noisy and you could hear everything going on both on the street and in the rooms next to you! The window didn't close properly. The weather was really hot and the conditioner didn't work. The bathroom was terribly dirty. The room service was a joke! They just rearranged the bed and that was it. The staff were far from being helpful. The girl at the breakfast was really rude and there was nothing on the breakfast buffet. All in all, it was a waste of money. We thought the location was going to be fine but it looked rather rundown and was in a dangerous dark alley! Not worth it at all. Do NOT stay here if you have any respect for yourself.

Hello. It's been the worst hotel I've ever seen & accommodated so far, even though it had some mediocre privileges. I was there from 10 March to 17 March, 2023. The room number was 306. Too small room that you can't take any walk. Worse than every thing is the quality of food at the breakfast time. No option in food. Nothing & nothing. Even there was not tissue at the table & when I asked to provide, they brought excuses. There was no milk nor any juices on the menu. The TV channels only show Turkish program. There are two workers ( one lady & one man ) who were both responsible for handling breakfast & cleaning rooms, both. These two workers who were from Zimbabwe& Gambia were polite. Breakfast was served between 9 to 10. My final word is if you have decided to stay at this hotel, it would be a colossal insult to yourselves. That's it.

My arrival at this hotel was spontaneous. Without booking, reservation and prepayment. Despite this, the hotel management welcomed me cordially. At the front desk, they helped me resolve issues that were not even related to the direct stay at the hotel. I was settled in a perfectly clean, well-groomed, comfortable room, which had everything you need for a temporary stay. I lived in room 204 of the hotel on the second floor. The room has a double bed, a private bathroom with the necessary set of hygiene products. Fresh bed linen, towels, slippers, quality mattress, pillows. Refrigerator, electric kettle, tea, coffee available. The hotel is located within walking distance from the city center. Transport interchanges, currency exchange offices, large markets, medical facilities nearby. Impressed by the hotel staff. All staff, regardless of their position, are as welcoming, friendly, and caring as possible. During the three days of my stay at the hotel, thanks to the well-coordinated work of the team, I felt like in a family circle. At the reception, they speak English fluently and help to sort out all the questions of interest related to the trip. Room cleaners are tactful and diligent. Communications, plumbing equipment, electrical equipment worked flawlessly. During my stay at the Nupera Hotel, I did not have a single problem. Recommend.

The place is absolutely filthy. The walls are all dirty. When i checked in they didn't even bother to change the bedding. I reported the cleanliness issue to the reception and they started blaming me instead of acknowledging the issue. I immediately requested refund and said that i wouldn't stay there. However, they refused to refund. Never stay at this hotel. Not recommended at all.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Family rooms are better choice if you travel with kids. Rooms are not cleaned regularly. There wasn’t any window in one of the family rooms and it was stuffy and smelling. The place of the hotel is in the center, it is easy to go everywhere using metro and tram. However, it was too noisy especially at nights. There is an emergency hospital near the hotel and it was impossible to sleep and rest properly. Breakfast wasn’t good, less choices. If you like to be in noisy environment it is ok to go and stay here. As I prefer a bit calmer environment I wouldn’t go back again.

Really friendly staff. So sweet. Nice room. Not huge but fine. Clean. Small bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. I didn't have the breakfast as there are so many options within a short walking distance. Location was excellent. Shop next door, bars and restaurants as well as shopping right on your doorstep. Taksim Square is a short walk away, as is the famous Istiklal Street. Some may find the area noisy as there is also a hospital opposite. I was fine with this. The hotel looks very new. My only small negative was that rooms were not cleaned properly everyday. Other than that, would recommend.
