An absolute gem in Old Town! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough. Perfect Location: Situated right in the heart of Old Town. There are plenty of great restaurants and a shopping mall all within short walking distance. Spotless Rooms: The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Excellent Breakfast:The breakfast selection was outstanding, offering a great variety of delicious options to start the day. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Old Town, this is definitely it. Highly recommended!

Nice location and delicious food and nice staff and clean room

Fantastic stay at Dosso Dossi, room was clean with lots of good amenities. Housekeeping and front desk staff were great as well as breakfast staff. Very impressed with the spa facilities! Would stay again.

Excellent service and hospitality

we would not recommend this hotel. I feel that travelers from Asian countries should be especially careful. We were treated horribly at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff were arrogant and looked down on us. We continued to be treated unfairly, and we could no longer tolerate this, so we checked out after just one night of our three-night stay. The advance payment was not refunded. We felt discriminated against and humiliated, and it ruined what should have been a fun trip to Istanbul. We will never use this hotel again.

Everything went very well. Our only trouble was that we got a smoking room even though we requested a non smoking but they changed us no problem. The breakfast is amazing and the staff is very welcoming. The pool and sauna are also excellent.

Staying very comfortable place & peaceful environment

The check in was smooth and staff were awesome. I had two rooms, one had broken weight machine and other had dead batteries. I asked the front desk staff to replace just one of the two or replace the batteries and they refused. They simply said they did not care that objects in the room were broken. The rooms floor were dirty with hair and dust all over from the previous stay. They do provide slippers but still felt unpleasant.

Gorgeous, clean and great location for visiting Bazzaar and sightseeing. I enjoyed the variety of restaurants close by and complimentary breakfast. The spa was not great jacuzzi very cold and pool even colder in the middle of winter. We asked for the jacuzzi to be hot and was told it would take hours to get the temperature up so we could not unwind and relax after a long day of shopping. Staff are friendly
