I understand that the difference between a hostel and a hotel is so different in terms of cost that I understand that the facilities are not clean or uncomfortable to some extent or that you meet bad roommates I'm not the type to complain about that or ask for a refund The hostel here is clean and provided with towels, but for two days, hot water comes out for the first five minutes, and then cold water comes out The hostel knows this, but it's not fixing it or offering solutions at all Two days before I arrived here, another roommate asked me for two days of hot water and asked me to fix it, but it wasn't fixed and they kept receiving customers without fixing this problem On the third day, I couldn't take a cold shower, so I asked the staff to wash me in an empty room with warm water, and the reception staff at night helped me wash me in another room, but on the fourth day, another staff told me not to wash quickly or turn on the water hard This is the hostel's problem, not mine, but the staff says it's because I wash for a long time or turn the water on strongly Why do I have to be pressed for time when I pay to use the hostel?I couldn't wash it, so I asked for a refund, but they say they can't do it And I ended up leaving the next day without getting a refund Tooth

Zentrale Lage, alles was man braucht fußläufig erreichbar. Nahe auch an Bus und Metro. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, vor allem Mahmut :)

It seems that this hotel has been rated high for a year or two years ago. It was written on here and other websites that it has breakfast, but this hotel does not serve breakfast at all. They couldn't fix the safe for me after two visits and it was unusable. We did not have hot water for almost a day and a half. But the cleanness was quite suitable and it is a suitable place for someone who spends most of his time outside the hotel.

The hotel's price is reasonable for its prime location near Istiklal Avenue. However, there are some noticeable differences in room sizes. With some being exceptionally small, even though they're both meant for two guests. Fortunately, due to low occupancy during our stay, we were able to request a room change when we first arrived. But if we had to stay in that tiny room for our entire trip, it would have been an awful trip. Room cleanliness is okay, but don't expect much. Most of the times room service comes only if you go and ask for it. Overall, it's decent for the price, especially if you're going to be out exploring most of the time. However, consider other options if you're going to spend your major time in the hotel.

We stayed there for 3 night. There is no staff , no service, no breakfast . So much so the staff refused us very rudely that the AC cannot be turned on. There is no bell boy to take the luggage. Rude manager. The rooms are smaller than what they appear on site. Worst experience ever. Feel cheated.
