ผู้ชายผมเปียมีความกระตือรือร้นและบริการมีน้ำใจและใจดี ขอขอบคุณน้องผมเปียอีกครั้งสำหรับความกระตือรือร้นและทำให้เรารู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้านทุกครั้ง ไม่ต้องพูดถึงสภาพแวดล้อมและทิวทัศน์ เสียอย่างเดียวคือกระจกเยอะไป (บางทีฝรั่งอาจจะชอบนะ)

Breakfast is Zero

호텔 시설과 룸은 청결하고 좋았지만 수압이 매우 약합니다. 교통편도 좋지는 않고 근처에 편의시설도 좋다고 볼수는 없을것 같습니다.

此酒店房間寬敞．地段也不錯，離土耳其機場也不是很遠。

I don't recommend to stay at this hotel.At the check out i requested the invoice on a specific company and they didn't provide it. Also they don t speak english well. The internet connection was bad in the first days. Also there was a problem with water pressure.

The hotel was very nice, the room we stayed in was large, quiet and suitable for the family. There is no dinner, but there are two shopping malls very close to where you can eat. The breakfast was good and so were the employees. Rojin welcomed us with a smile in the morning. The hotel is generally good. We had no difficulty in finding a taxi. There is a spa in the hotel and the lady who did the massage was good. See you next time. children like

BEWARE — book another hotel at all costs. The photos are appealing but in person this place has so much mold. They say “no smoking” but 2/3 of the rooms we went in smell very strongly of smoke. The front desk doesn’t understand English and they were very unwilling to help when we showed them the A/C doesn’t work. I’m writing this from a 85°F or 29°C room. The front desk will not offer any refund or compensation even though we are unable to sleep tonight because of how hot it is. Location is very loud off of the freeway. I can hear cars and honking late into the night. The worst part about this hotel was the unfriendly front desk. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at ALL COSTS.

We stayed in this hotel with my wife for 1 night. We booked a standard room and they gave us a large and suite room free of charge. The gentleman at the reception was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is on the ground floor and there is a terrace. The food is fresh and delicious. Greetings to everyone.

The breakfast buffet was great best I had in Turkey but I'm not sure how I feel about the staff. It seems like the door latch lock was missing on my door when I checked in and despite the do not disturb it appears someone came in and repaired the latch during my stay which doesn't really inspire a lot of confidence. The location of the hotel is close to the mall and several attractions but its in a spot with tight sidewalks and roads. There are two elevators but they are tiny although the hotel room was pretty good too I don't think I'd stay here again.

More of a well appointed Bed & Breakfast place than a fully functioning Hotel. Don't expect room service or in fact any food other than Breakfast. The Hotel is located in a rather run down local district about 20mins by Taxi from the Toursit sites, so factor in daily Uber rides to and from the hotel daily. Having said that the staff are reasonably friendly, if not trained to a european standard that you would expect from a 4 Star eleswhere. Some requests are a struggle. Get a room on the 5th or 6th Floor unless your happy to stare at the side of a building, most rooms have small balconies, which is nice. The rooms are appointed well above standard as can be seen from the pictures and although the Air-Con and Mini Fridge were less than acceptable they kind of worked. Would I stay here again, No. I would recommend paying a bit more and getting a Hotel where all the action and sites are located around Galata area or on the other side of the River.
