บริการเยี่ยมยอดมาก! ฉันชอบมาก ๆ เลย ถ้าคุณมาเที่ยวอิสตันบูล โรงแรมนี้คือโรงแรมที่คุณควรเลือก คุณจะต้องชอบแน่นอน

โรงแรมที่ดี พนักงานโรงแรมก็หล่อมากเช่นกันร้านอาหารชั้นล่างของโรงแรมได้หนึ่งดาวมิชลินโดยรวมถือว่าเกินความคาดหมาย! การบริการก็ดีมากเช่นกัน คืนแรกที่ฉันมาถึง ผู้ชายก็ขับรถแบตเตอรี่ไปรอบๆ ถือว่าคุ้มค่าที่จะแนะนำ

My Mom stayed there and she was extremely happy with the staff working there as they were very kind and helpful. The only issue was that they had to take stairs to go for breakfast which for my Mom was not so convenient.

Perfect service and friendliness in a terrific location - quiet street behind the Aya Sofia.  Hotel has level decor, is clean and accessible - particularly for older customers or persons with mobility problems.  The breakfast is very good - lots of choices, well prepared and served.  The in-house Marbah Restaurant is a treasure.  Great food, wonderful service.  It will be a must when I return to Istanbul.

Very friendly staffs and very convenient location

Small hotel just opposite Hagia Sophia and small walk from Topkopi and other activities. Lots of food options available nearby.

Everything was perfect excluding transport non availability

Awesome location but can only access car/taxi via buggy or walking as it's in a no car zone, which is challenging on arrival as it means lugging bags along cobblestone road. Aircond takes long time to cool down. Room is old. Staff is friendly and responsive.

The location is perfect! The room i stayed in was a bit old. The heater was dripping water from it. The airconditioning did not work. And the bed is not that comfortable but it was overal good for 1/2 nights. It is beautiful on the outside and the staff is really nice.

Central location in the old town and walk to most of the interesting points.

This is my second stay here. I really enjoy the breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic for tourists, but be prepared to walk up a steep cobblestone road to get there. Any other day I would have loved having a room that overlooked the street; unfortunately the New Year’s Day demonstration with literally 10’s of thousands of people passed by VERY early in the morning with yelling and chanting and singing so I got no rest.

Really nice hotel staff, very welcoming just like the people of Istanbul, great location. With the hotel being in a prime tourist spot, taxi can not pick you up/ drop you off outside the hotel. Have to walk 10-15 mins. But this shouldn’t put you off because the advantages outweigh this minor issue! Great stay! Lovely people! Really go out their way to accommodate your needs! Would stay again!

Very Close to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. The staff is super nice and welcoming. The room size is small and old but it’s clean. The breakfast is good 👍
