ฉันไม่แนะนำ เราจองห้องสแตนดาร์ด ตอนจองเราระบุว่าต้องการห้องที่สูงกว่านี้ เป็นผลให้เรานั่งลงในห้องใต้ดินถัดจากห้องรับประทานอาหารและบันไดสกปรกที่ทุกคนเขย่าตลอดเวลา เมื่อเราขอให้ย้าย เราถูกปฏิเสธ โดยบอกว่าไม่มีห้องว่างและโดยทั่วไปแล้วพวกเขาให้ห้องที่ใหญ่กว่าแก่เรา (สำหรับ 4 แห่ง เราจองไว้ 2 แห่ง) แต่เราไม่ต้องการ 4 ที่นั่ง ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน แต่ถนนไปยังโรงแรมมาจากทางเท้าแคบๆ ที่สกปรก เรามีหน้าต่าง แต่หันหน้าเข้าหากำแพงคอนกรีต พื้นนอกหน้าต่างเหนียวและสกปรก ตัวห้องเองก็ไม่ใช่ความสดครั้งแรก (ภาพถ่ายกับพื้น) ตัวห้องเองสะอาด ไม่มีกลิ่น ไม่เย็น สำหรับอาหารเช้ามักจะมีไข่, ชีส, ไส้กรอก, ผลไม้, ผัก อาหารเช้าตกลง

A good and clean hotel, all amenities in the room are working. Good location and bus coach connections to all airports. You do not need an expensive taxi. Adequate breakfast for hotel guests. Some rooms do not have balcony as described in the booking. Yes, a pleasant stay

Excellent location, staff , room and breakfast. Value for money. I am unlikely to return to Istanbul but this hotel is ideal for the sightseer. Would thoroughly recommend.

The hotel is located close to Taksim Square but it was far enough that it wasn’t loud/noisy at night. They gave me a free upgrade to two connecting rooms (from the one famiy room that I booked) and the rooms were clean and quite spacious. During my stay, my sister lost the keycard to her room and the hotel just gave me a new one without any extra charges (something that I won’t see in my home country). I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a place to stay near Taksim area!

A very good and a cleaned hotel with friendly staffs. Feeling like among your family. Thanks for all who made my trip more comfortable.
