มันไม่ได้แย่ แต่จะดีกว่าถ้าคุณทำความสะอาดห้องทุกวันหรืออย่างน้อย 2-3 วันครั้ง ขนาดห้องจริงไม่ตรงกับที่เห็นในรูปภาพ มันดูแตกต่างออกไป

ทำเลดี โรงแรมใหม่แต่เหมือนบ้าน ไม่มีล็อบบี้ มีแค่ห้องสำหรับเช็คอินเล็ก ๆ 4 ชั้น คิดว่ามีห้องว่างทั้งหมด 10 ห้อง

ฉันจองโรงแรมนี้ไว้ 7 คืน หลังจากพักแค่ 4 ชั่วโมง ฉันออกเดินทางตอนตี 1 พวกเขาปฏิเสธที่จะคืนเงินให้ฉัน และฉันก็ยกเลิกการเข้าพักที่อิสตันบูล ห้องพักสกปรกและมีกลิ่นเหม็น และพวกเขาพยายามเปลี่ยนห้องให้ฉัน แต่ก็ยังคงมีกลิ่นเหม็นเหมือนเดิม โปรดระวังการเข้าพักครั้งนี้

We loved our stay at Harbiye Elegance Suite’s & Hotel! The rooms were super clean and cozy, and the location was perfect for exploring Istanbul. The staff were so kind and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel has a warm, elegant vibe that made our family feel right at home. Definitely a place we’d love to stay at again!

I can not recommend this place to stay. Really bad smoke smelling rooms- I became headache from the smell and had to puke. Disguating and not really clean! 🤐😵‍💫 Pictures of the rooms look better than in real! I also complained and I was not really pleased with the manager how he handled it. We checked out and went to another hotel!
