โดยรวมแล้วก็ดี ฉันไม่ได้ทานอาหารที่นั่นเลยไม่รู้เรื่องอาหาร ห้องพักก็ดี วิวก็ไม่ค่อยดีนัก ที่ตั้งอาจจะดีสำหรับบางคน แต่สำหรับคนส่วนใหญ่มันไกลเกินไป มันสะอาดและบริการค่อนข้างดี สระว่ายน้ำก็สะอาด แต่มีคลอรีนมากเกินไปและค่อนข้างน่ารำคาญ โดยรวมแล้วเป็นโรงแรมที่หรูหรา แต่ฉันไม่คิดว่าจะไปอีกเลยเพราะที่ตั้ง

Staffs are awesome! Specially Zineb and Irmak did spending job executing surprise birthday decoration for my son! At front desk, Sener along with Bulut & Talha had been extremely helpful to take care of my booking issues. They provided me probably the best room at top floor having clear sea view overlooking the cemetery underneath. I found few negative reviews about the view of cemetery, but honestly it makes my mind more calm reminding this temporal worldly life! Very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Terrible service and location. Not accessible through public transport. There is a cemetery right in front, and a huge industrial building behind, which I had opportunity to look at from my window.

From the moment I arrived, the experience was smooth and welcoming. The check-in was fast, and the warm cookie was a lovely touch. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready to help. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of fresh options. The hotel’s location was also convenient, close to everything I needed. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the overall comfort during my stay. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

The hotel staffs are friendly and can speak English very well. The hotel can help us finding transportation to the airport at reasonable price. The room is big and clean. There is whatsapp number for us to easily reach the hotel's staff. I would recommend this hotel.

Ozen & Melisa from reception was incredibly helpful in arranging local tours and dining recommendations — every suggestion was spot-on! Also want to thank Ali & Mustafa from ballboy services, whose attentive and proactive care made us feel like VIPs, who was not only efficient but also shared great tips for exploring the area. This team is truly the heart of the hotel — their friendliness, professionalism, and dedication created a warm and inviting atmosphere we won’t forget. Thank you all for a 5-star experience — we’ll definitely be back!

Had a great stay overall. The room lived up to expectations - it was spacious, clean and amenities were provided. Staff was also very courteous and helpful. Only downside will be the location as there weren’t much food options around and no shopping area and supermarkets nearby.

Staff very helpful. MR MESUT ready to serve with smile. Blanket need to be placed on bed. Sitting bowl need maintenance as the water non stop flow. Tooth brush was not there. Food menu for Asia not readily available

Overall I have not so good impression on the total but the location was a bit tricky if you’re coming via Metro, it’s located far from metro station and can’t walk! The room is quite small, no toothbrushes and toothpaste, there’s no any bathrobe, WiFi is slow even it’s 5 star hotel. Window view was awkward and looks to the grey wall of the neighbouring building. Breakfast was not like 5star hotels, just 2-3 hot dishes. When I was eating a waiter took my plate with cheese and olives and threw it in the trash bin🤣 I told I’m still eating and he replies oh sorry and didn’t replace the plate 😂
