เราเดินทางไปอิโปห์บ่อยมากในแต่ละเดือน ครั้งนี้เรามาถึงก่อนบ่ายสามโมง พนักงานเคาน์เตอร์จึงพยายามให้เช็คอินก่อนเวลาประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมง ประทับใจมาก อธิบายขั้นตอนการจอดรถได้อย่างละเอียด พนักงานร้านอาหารก็เป็นมิตรในช่วงอาหารเช้า

Great location. Exceptional breakfast with variety of choices. Big room. Friendly and attentive staff. Will surely return in future.

Blackout while staying, scary moment to our family, no backup plan from hotel management and no appologize from them. Repeat?? No.

Great location and food, pools are small, but my kid like it very much. Area to be impressed: 1 amenities: the noise isolation by window is not sufficient. The noise from outside cooling tower sounds too big in the night sleep. 2 cleanliness: the floor under the bed is the blind spot in the quality control of cleaning

The room was too dark not much activities can be done, shower was nice, the duvet was smaller than the bed, electrical points only available at the coffee bar

Great location as well as great atmosphere. If you are looking for real Malaysian breakfast you may proceed with this hotel.

It was an okay experience staying here. Easy and quick check-in. Basement car park is available at RM2/day with multiple entry. Validate your TnG card at the counter during check-in. Also, you need to pay for tourism tax RM3/night/room. Cleanliness could be improved especially the toilet. Cons No bed side plugs Old and small TV Water leaks when using the bidet (we booked two rooms only one room got this problem, we stayed at the 11th floor) Pros Wifi and aircond worked very well Iron and ironing board

The location is fine, close to the city shopping. However, the Hotel room furniture might need to be upgraded.

Very good and convenient hotel. In front of the riverfront view of the room is nice. Swimming pool is child friendly. The breakfast was amazing with variety type of local food. Service was very good. Thumbs up 👍🏼
