Quick and easy check in, Separate buildings for rooms ,stayed in a standard room number 308 for four nights. typical Premier room clean and spacious, beds comfortable, you have to close the secondary glazing on a night time or you can hear the main road and trains, but when closed it was fine with no noise. Mainly business and work contractors using the hotel when we were there. Plenty of good selection both hot and cold, food in the hotel restaurant was nice and a good selection at a reasonable price. The only negative is that you have to ask at reception if you require your room cleaned. A fifteen to twenty straight road walk to Inverness town centre, train station and shops again 15 to twenty minutes walk away.

We stayed at the Premier River Ness before and after a three-day tour of the North Coast 500. The hotel has an excellent location which is an easy walk from the train station or to the Cathedral which is the start / end point for many bus tours. The staff was exceptional. They were happy to hold our excess luggage while we were on our tour. The food & beverage department does a great job, which is unusual for many mid-priced hotels. The room was extremely comfortable. The room was very comfortable. Bedding, towels, bath facilities were all very good and well maintained.

We just had our wedding at Lochardil House and it was fantastic. Rebekah and her brilliant team made our day with their excellent customer service . The food, facilities, garden, breakfast and room were excellent. The little details made it extra special. The delightful Highland coffee in the room was so good. The room was beautiful, comfy and sparkling clean, truly a wonderful place. Best day ever.
Kkross1709Having paid in excess of £800 for two nights I expected better service. It is impossible to get any hot room service after 7pm which is bizzare and late night arrivals or business travellers need to know this. The lounge menu and room service menu is the same thing. At 6:15 we went to the lounge and wanted something light for dinner but was told were we not allowed to order from the lounge menu at that time of night. However not quite being 7pm it meant we could still order a hot sandwich from room service. Couldn’t quite get my head around this. So they were still willing to make a hot sandwich, put it on a tray, carry it through the lounge where we were sitting, take it up two flights of stairs to our room, but not willing to deliver one to us in the lounge. Bizzare attitude from a very expensive hotel. Seems to be engineered to force everyone wanting any kind of hot food between 6pm and 7pm you have to be confined to room service and anything after that time it’s the restaurant only at the appropriate price. There is no movement on the rules. Hotel certainly lacking in going that “extra mile” for the prices being charged.
ผผู้เข้าพักIt does the job but that's about it. We stayed 2 nights during our Isle of skye trip. The shared room was big enough for 4 people to move around but besides of 2 bunk beds there was absolutely nothing else in the room. A chair or two might have been great as when you are at the bottom bunk you can't sit on it as the top bunk is set to low. The beds were fairly comfortable but noise every time you moved. The bathrooms very supposedly cleaned but def weren't, the sign was just put up. The floors in the shower were dirty, only two hooks, so the chance of your stuff getting wet were pretty high. Also super annoying was the push and stop buttons in the shower, they turn of every 15 sec or so, it's annoying to take a shower. Same for the ”give it a good yank” in the toilets, most of the time the yank wasn't enough and the toilets didn't flush. The kitchen upstairs is small, we only stored something in the fridge but I wouldn't cook there as it's just waaaaay to small. The good thing is the location as it's right around the corner from the bus stop. If you simple need a place to stay overnight, I would say it's alright but still too expensive for what is offered.
JJason_DFriendly and efficient staff. Room was large and comfortable. Decor perhaps a little tired but we e were lucky enough to have a river view. Breakfast very nice but not such a fan of the tick box menu. The time it takes for staff to explain, check and make any amendments could be spent just taking order. I can understand that it is more convenient for the wait staff though in busy periods or with large groups.
We stayed here for a long weekend and had a much better experience than other people who have left reviews. We stayed in room 14 and everything felt brand new (may have been done recently.) The walls are thin, but other guests all went to bed at a reasonable time so we slept really well. The location is great for a base to explore Loch Ness. Would definitely come back and stay here again. Thank you for your warm welcome!
