It was great we got a upgrade, so lovely we had gud food there , room service was all very gud x

The motel unit we stayed in was fantastic and had everything we needed. I found our stay to be great value for money and the room is serviced everyday, which I was impressed with!

The spa and pool was accessible because it is open 6am til 10pm. Standard room, clean and they keep it tidy.

Good stay big room and good location

很不錯的酒店餐廳 感受很好，5分 價格也比較實惠 就是旁邊沒什麼吃的 但是很安靜 環境很高，下次有機會再入住吧！

度假村式的酒店，入口比較難找

酒店很大，入口不好找…整體中規中矩

停車方便，衞生間超級乾淨設計現代，供暖設施齊全

Terrible stay in motels at the ascot, hospital type bathrooms, weird odors , sticky stuff on the kitchen bench,at a cost of 150 a night ,highly overpriced , no pressure in shower, the food we ordered was terrible very disappointed with overall stay, costly could have stayed somewhere for the same price where facilities would have been better

Our stay at the Ascot was fantastic. I have stayed their three times in July and each time has been faultless. The service is top notch and go out of their way to assist you wherever they can. Courtesy Coach services are never an obstacle. The dining is a must do experience as well after enjoying a drink or two and the ambiance in the Emberz Bar.

Great experience staying at the Ascot Park Hotel. Food was delicious and a great variety of breakfast options, staff are super helpful they even make me a cocktail that isn't on their menu. There are room service options if you don't want to dine in the restaurant

Not bad overall. The customer service was great—very attentive and friendly. If the rooms were updated, it would significantly enhance the stay. Nevertheless, the great customer service made up for the room's shortcomings. I'd consider staying here again, especially if some improvements are made.

Good hotel with good facilities. The rooms were clean and comfortable and most importantly warm. The staff were very good. Bonus was being able to park right outside our room. Very handy. I would definitely recommend d the ascot park hotel for any stay in invercargill. Only downside is side is it’s on the outskirts of town.
