จากการเดินทางท่องเที่ยวมาแล้วกว่าสิบประเทศ นี่คือโรงแรมที่คุ้มค่าที่สุดเท่าที่ฉันเคยพักมา ไม่มีที่ไหนเทียบได้เลย ในราคาต่ำกว่า 200 หยวน คุณได้สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน ห้องน้ำมีระบบทำความร้อนใต้พื้น ทำให้ไม่หนาวเลยเวลาอาบน้ำ ห้องพักถึงแม้จะไม่มีระบบทำความร้อนใต้พื้น แต่ก็มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือประตูห้องน้ำโค้ง อาจลื่นได้ ต้องระวังด้วย อาหารเช้าแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์ถึงแม้จะไม่หรูหรา แต่ก็มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย พนักงานต้อนรับพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีเยี่ยมและอารมณ์ดีมาก เขาถามด้วยว่าทำไมฉันถึงพักแค่คืนเดียว แต่ภาษาอังกฤษของฉันไม่ดีพอที่จะตอบได้ จริงๆ แล้วเป็นเพราะฉันต้องบินไปอีกประเทศในคืนถัดไป เลยจองไว้แค่คืนเดียว สรุปแล้ว ฉันขอแนะนำที่นี่อย่างยิ่ง

ฉันลืมกังวลเรื่องรูปถ่ายห้องพัก ล็อบบี้ของโรงแรมไม่ใหญ่ ที่ตั้งก็โอเค อยู่ในสวนสาธารณะของเมือง ติดกับห้างสรรพสินค้าและร้านอาหารที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในทาชเคนต์ อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมเป็นแบบท้องถิ่นและแบบตะวันตก ข้อดีคืออากาศที่นั่นแห้งมาก จมูกแห้ง คัน และมีเลือดออก น้ำผักผลไม้คั้นสดสำหรับมื้อเช้าทุกเช้าช่วยชีวิตได้จริง ๆ พนักงานบริการโรงแรมค่อนข้างกระตือรือร้น ห้องพักสะอาด มีกาแฟแคปซูล ILLY ในห้อง น้ำแร่ฟรี สิ่งเดียวที่เป็นคือรองเท้าแตะแบบใช้แล้วทิ้งไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของโรงแรมระดับห้าดาว แย่มาก

Really nice experience at Swissôtel Tashkent. Clean and stylish rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere. Everything felt comfortable and well organized — would happily stay again.

โรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยมในทาชเคนต์ ไม่ไกลจากสนามบินหรือรถไฟ สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกสปาที่ดีพร้อมซาวน่าอบไอน้ําและสระว่ายน้ํากลางแจ้ง ห้องพักขนาดใหญ่สะดวกสบายและอบอุ่น พนักงานที่เป็นประโยชน์และเป็นมิตร

ที่พักคุ้มค่าพร้อมอาหารเช้าที่ยอดเยี่ยมในทาชเคนต์ เราเข้าพักที่โรงแรม Viva ในทาชเคนต์ และพบว่าเป็นตัวเลือกที่สะดวกสบายและคุ้มค่า ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกสบาย เดินประมาณ 12 นาทีถึงสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน Kosmonavtlar และมีตลาดและร้านอาหารมากมายอยู่ในระยะเดินถึง การเดินทางไปรอบเมืองจากที่นี่ก็ง่าย ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่และกว้างขวาง เตียงนุ่มสบายมาก ทำให้หลับสบายตลอดคืน ห้องน้ำก็ใช้ได้ มีห้องสุขาแบบตะวันตกและพื้นที่เพียงพอสำหรับการอาบน้ำอย่างสะดวกสบาย ไม่มีทีวีในห้อง และมีปลั๊กไฟสำหรับชาร์จอุปกรณ์จำกัด อย่างไรก็ตาม คุณสามารถใช้ปลั๊กไฟติดผนังที่ปกติใช้สำหรับกาต้มน้ำได้ โรงแรมมีชาและถ้วยให้ ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ดี พนักงานเป็นมิตรและให้ความช่วยเหลือดี มีพนักงานเพียงคนเดียวจากสามคนเท่านั้นที่พูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ ดังนั้นคุณอาจต้องใช้แอปแปลภาษาเพื่อสื่อสารในบางครั้ง แม้จะมีอุปสรรคทางภาษา แต่พนักงานก็ยังคงให้ความช่วยเหลือและพยายามอย่างเต็มที่ อาหารเช้าดีเยี่ยม มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย เริ่มตั้งแต่ 7:00 น. ซึ่งสะดวกมากหากคุณต้องขึ้นรถไฟรอบเช้า หากรถไฟของคุณออกเวลา 8:00 น. หรือหลังจากนั้น คุณก็ยังสามารถทานอาหารเช้าอย่างรวดเร็วก่อนไปสถานีได้ มีลิฟต์สำหรับขึ้นลงห้องพัก การเก็บเสียงอยู่ในระดับที่ยอมรับได้ ไม่สมบูรณ์แบบ แต่ก็ไม่มีปัญหา โดยรวมแล้ว โรงแรมนี้คุ้มค่ากับราคามาก ทำเลที่ตั้งดี ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะดวกสบาย และพนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดี ฉันจะพิจารณากลับมาพักที่นี่อีกครั้งในการมาเยือนทาชเคนต์ในอนาคต

Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and the shower was nice. Amenities like soap and toothbrushes available. Also coffee and tea. The furnishings were modern and clean. The TV had lots of international channels. I booked with the breakfast option; the food was really good. Lots of different items, fruit, yogurt, vegetables and eggs, steamed buns, tofu, other nice things. Many types of fruit juice and tea and coffee. I enjoyed the food very much, everything was fresh and delicious. The staff at the front desk speak English. Very good service in the restaurant and the hotel. I will stay here again.

One of the best places staff was cool respectful and helpful they speak 6 languages so you won't have any problem specially the blonde lady she was helpful nice and all the staff are wonderful I like it.

Finding the hotel was challenging. Took me circumvate the entire train station twice when I finally called them for direction. Imagine the station is huge & with my luggages & crossing the security twice, even the security were clueless. The front desk lady was sweet & nice to walk out & directed me. That was a huge help. I think they should place clear signages. Check-In process was a nightmare. They couldn’t confirmed my booking even though I have shown the confirmed voucher online. After much deliberation they accepted my booking. Next come the payment. None of my cards was accepted even though i have been using them throughout my 2 weeks travel in Uzbekistan. They would not allow me to check in until full payment was made. Since I only have USD, they insist that I change at the nearest bank. A nice consolation was that a young front desk staff willingly to walk me to the hotel. All these took me around 2 stressful hours walking in & out & around. The hostel is very new. Super huge room, again brand new. Super clean. But I don’t understand why not a single basic amenities was provided; body soap or shampoo. The front desk however promptly provided upon request the following day. I believe most who stayed usually 1-night. The location was almost perfect, if only the hotel guests don’t need to keep going through the security scanning every each time both going in & out. Imagine I’m staying 3 nights. My advice please ensure you have local SOM for payment in case your card is not accepted. The hotel is on the left end of the station (if you exit from the train looking towards the building station) it’s better that you call them once you feel lost as the assist you the direction. Just be mindful that you need to go through the security scan every each time you enter & exit. However, if someone planning a train connection to other cities, this is 100% spot on recommended. I would like to commend on the front staff lady, Dildora for her professionalism & calm demeanour. Thank you.

Выбирали между этим отелем и отелем Узбекистан которая рядом! В Узбекистане жили друзья! Из минусов в сравнении этих двух отелей - взяли туристический сбор, в итоге проживание было дороже! Завтраки скоромнее, опять же в сравнении с соседнем отелем, но основное все есть, кроме.. Кофе 😬 Только платно! В Узбекистане есть 🙏 Но.. Изначально ребят В Узбекистане заселили в такой номер, где их окон не то, что поддувало, там прям сносило ветром! Для ребёнка доп место, просто кинули матрасы 🫣 Только через ругань и прочее, им поменяли на номер с ремонтом! В этом же отеле такой проблемы нет! Номер большой, вполне тёплый! Чисто, убрано! Да, ремонт конечно не свеж, но и не убит 🙏 В общем и целом, жить можно! Цена качество совпадает! В остальном, кто хочет советской эпохи, велком в Отель Узбекистан! А если не, то в Ля гранд! Тут ещё есть бассейн, думаю с погодой пожарче он уже будет работать!
