ฉันได้จองที่นี่ให้กับครอบครัวของฉัน แต่ประสบปัญหาบางประการในวันก่อนทำการเช็คเอาท์ จึงขอความช่วยเหลือจากฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าของ Ctrip ทันที ซึ่ง Ctrip ก็เป็นบริการที่ยอดเยี่ยมมาก แก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างรวดเร็ว และหลีกเลี่ยงความสูญเสียทางการเงินได้ด้วย ซึ่งต้องขอบคุณฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าของ Ctrip

การเช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์ทำได้โดยใช้เครื่อง แต่ถ้าไม่เข้าใจจะมีเจ้าหน้าที่มาอธิบายให้! ในห้องมีโรงแรมไฮเทคที่น่ารัก มีไฟฟ้าและทีวี ควบคุมด้วยแท็บเล็ต เสียดายตู้เย็นพังและไม่เย็นเลย นั่นเป็นสิ่งเดียวที่น่าผิดหวัง นอกจากนั้น ฉันคิดว่ามันเหมาะสำหรับนักเดินทางคนเดียวและทำเลที่ตั้งดี ทำให้ที่นี่เป็นที่พักที่สมบูรณ์แบบ!

The room was modern, stylish, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel didn’t live up to that standard. The property feels extremely busy and frenetic, with little sense of calm. The lobby, in particular, appears to have been designed on a tight budget and feels at odds with the contemporary look and quality of the rooms. It lacks the sense of arrival and polish you’d expect, creating a disappointing first impression.

The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An unforgettable experience at Hyatt at Olive 8! We only stayed one night, but we loved every moment of it! 💫 We felt like we had arrived at a special place right from the moment we checked in - the staff was kind, smiling and really helpful 🤍. The room was simply beautiful! 🛏️ Clean, spacious, modern and incredibly comfortable - just what we wanted after a tiring day 😌. The view was also amazing, but the buzz of downtown remained a pleasant backdrop 🌆. The atmosphere of the hotel is elegant yet friendly, and every little detail was aimed at making us feel comfortable 💼🍃. The bed was as soft as a cloud - we haven't slept this well in a long time! 😴✨ I wish we had more time to stay here, but we will definitely be back! 💖 If anyone is visiting Seattle, I highly recommend Hyatt at Olive 8 - it really is a little gem in the heart of the city! 🏙️💎

โรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดอยู่ในซีแอตเทิล แต่บริเวณโดยรอบค่อนข้างเงียบสงบ สะอาด และปลอดภัย โรงแรมในภาพด้านล่างได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่ จึงไม่ค่อยมีคนไร้บ้านเท่าไหร่ ฉันกลับมาประมาณสามทุ่มและค่อนข้างปลอดภัย เดินเพียง 10 นาทีก็ถึง Paige Center, Nordstrom, โรงภาพยนตร์ AC Cinema ที่อยู่ใกล้ๆ และสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน Wes Lake ซึ่งทั้งหมดอยู่ในรัศมี 10 นาที โรงแรมยังมีรหัส H สำหรับซื้อของใช้จำเป็นอีกด้วย

The hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!! The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. We had to ask at least three times for our order and the bartender/server was abrupt and rather surly. Everyone else was wonderful.
