The property is 3 acres of lush landscaping with a fenced pool in the front yard for up to 4 guests to enjoy. The gated entrance leads directly to the Casita with 3 guest parking places. The Casita comes with a private master bedroom with a king size bed, closet, 52" smart TV, night stands and a dresser, the front room has a full kitchen, 43" smart TV, queen sleeper couch, refrigerator, coffee make.Please come and enjoy the pool and lush landscape.There are several beautiful wineries in Fallbrook, including Toasted Oak which is a short walk and Pala Mesa winery and golf coarse only 3.3 miles away and don't forget Montserat winery only 4.7 miles away, 6.1 miles from Grand Tradition, 1.6 miles from Tivoli Italian Villa, 4.0 miles from Los Willos Wedding Estate, 3.9 miles from Vineyard Hills Villa and close to other Wedding venues in the Fallbrook and Temecula area. Please do not enter the grove areas or pick any fruit.For your safety and to monitor our grove and land, we have outdoor security cameras in the following outdoor spaces: Front door, Driveway, Gate, Front Lawn, Grove, and Pool area. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion and may activate light.The pool is not heated. The pool is not meant for diving. Never let children unattended in the pool area. Watch children at all times while in the pool or pool area, and swim at your own risk. Downstairs doors opens to the pool area can be locked preventing children out to the pool area. Pool toys and inflatables to be used at your own risk.Our pool cleaner typically comes on Wednesday afternoon and will be entering pool area. Our landscaper and grove keeper comes Sunday morning and will be performing maintenance duties around the property.The property utilizes two Smart Thermostats to control air conditioning and heating. The temperature may change automatically by our energy provider based on outside temperature and time of day for energy saving. In order to protect cooling and heating equipment, the thermostats may be programmed with a temperature range.The pond located at entry gate belongs to our neighbor and is off limits.
