It has one comfy king size bed and a plug in eazi- bed air mattress or the sofa. It also was a tiny bedroom with a twin trundle bed with a pop up twin mattress underneath too.. So the cottage will sleep 5 (it will be very cozy. :)) There is a dining/deck area and a 65”TV with you tube live,Netflix, and prime video, DVD player and a full kitchen. One bath with a large shower and lighted makeup mirror. There is a small closet in the back of the cottage with hanging space and luggage rack for suitcases.iron and ironing board are in this area ..cottage is pet friendly.. Need more space? Throughout the years ended up coming back 2 to 4 times a year (yes the Clarksdale vortex is REAL!) and almost on a whim and poorly thought out bet from a good friend I purchased this home. It was dilapidated and hadn't been lived in for over 12 years. The hard work began and almost a year later (may 2022) we opened the doors to what you will experience in this stunning home.The space is epic and can sleep 18 comfortably. Grand foyer that leads into a parlor to the left and a sitting room to the right. A massive dinning room table that can comfortably sit 20 and a extremely large kitchen to accommodate the respective cooking arrangements for a large group (we even have a local catering option and you skip the cooking) As you look up before you start walking up the grand staircase you will see the stained glass windows. Upstairs you will find 6 bedrooms, 3 of them with built in full bathrooms, extremely large bedrooms all with large ceiling fans. A newly installed 4 industrial grade HVAC systems to keep you cool during the summers. A total of 6 fireplaces (soon all to be upgraded to gas) and a large laundry area in the back with 2 washers and dryers. SONOS wireless speakers throughout the house and fully operational wifi. One bedroom is filled with lovely Victorian antiques which includes a queen antique four poster bed. There is a sitting area in this room with two comfy chairs, a loveseat and a 65"TV . There is also a lovely desk area. As well as a twin pull out trundle under the queen bed. The second room of the apartment is a combination living room and king bed room with 65" smart tv.. It has a large sectional and comfy chair as well as a wonderfully comfortable King sized bed. There is a twin air mattresson a frame for additional guest .The crib mentioned is actually a pack and play and can be set up if needed. Both rooms have YouTube TV , prime video and Netflix and Internet access with free wifi. There is also a kitchen with sink, microwave, glass top electric stove, fridge, coffee, coffee pot, blender and toaster . There is an iron and ironing board in the closet withthe aur mattress . . There are desks in both bedrooms. Guest access:Guests have access to the entire upstairs , 2 bedroom ,1 bath suite with kitchen , as well as the upstairs deck overlooking the Sunflower riverbank. The top deck has a comfortable outside sectional, a round dining table with 4 swivel chairs, a firepit and a fountain. The lower deck has a pair of chairs for just relaxing.Walks along the riverbank to see wildlife and enjoy nature are a plus.. The entire grounds behind both the Sunflower Penthouse and the Sunflower Cottage as well as the area over to the old barns is available to roam and discover. Or you might like to take a walk back up the lane and go discovering along the turnrows of the cotton field . Check out the old log cabin right across the road. It was moved from my great,great grandparents old family farm in South Mississippi.Upon arrival to your accommodations, you should pull down to the garage end of the house for the stairs up to your apartment. There is a cargo lift available right there for your luggage., stairs available for you, and loads of parking across from the house.
