Our flight arrived early, and they were very accommodating by allowing us to check in as early as 11:00 AM, which we truly appreciated. They even prepared a small suprise for me since we arrived on the day of my birthday. We booked the Rattan Villa for five people, and it was incredibly spacious. There was more than enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. We also had restful nights—the beds were so soft and comfortable that it felt like sleeping in a five-star hotel. The resort has a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Although there was some ongoing construction during our stay, it wasn't a major issue since we were out most of the day for our island activities, and the work had already stopped by the time we returned each afternoon. We also enjoyed dining at their restaurant. The food was delicious, and we appreciated that the chef personally came over to ask how we liked our meals. My only suggestion would be to add more menu options, as the resort is quite far from restaurants and convenience stores. Having a wider selection would be especially helpful for guests staying several days. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and approachable. They assisted us with everything we needed before, during, and even after our stay, making us feel well taken care of. "I had a good time at Casavia Siargao. The location is ideal if you want to surf at Cloud9: you can walk there in 5 minutes, and it's much quieter than General Luna but still close enough if you want to spend the night eating/partying there. The private room was pretty nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom could use some love, but still it was ok. The staff is nice and always willing to help, and the hostel has several social nights organised via a Whatsapp group. While I didn't take part in those events, it's a convenient way to meet other travellers. My only remark was about the noise: my room was facing the upstairs social area and, despite the signs specifying the quiet time (22pm onwards) and also a 500PHP fine for people not respecting it, every night I had people making phone calls, playing the guitar or shouting loudly after midnight (or later) in front of my room and there was nobody around to remind to keep the voice down. That was annoying."

"The most I love with Flo is the Clean Bathroom, I've been to a lot of a hotels 4-5 stars but only jere in Floe where I didn't hesitate to use the bathroom barefoot. I wasn't able to took a picture of it. Also, the aircon on the other room can use some upgrades. The wifi Connection is way to slow, I needed to go to a resto or coffee shop so I can work. But overall it's worth the price."

"J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel avec ma sœur pendant trois nuits et tout s'est très bien passé. L'hôtel est situé au bord d'une magnifique plage, calme et agréable. Il est également très bien placé, à proximité des restaurants, bars et lieux animés de Siargao. La chambre est confortable, même si la salle de bain est un peu petite. Le personnel est très sympathique, serviable et toujours disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de bonne qualité. Le principal point à améliorer concerne le ménage, qui pourrait être réalisé avec un peu plus de rigueur. En dehors de cela, le séjour s'est très bien déroulé."

"Great hostel for the price you pay, the location is really close to the beach but a little distance away from Siargao centre so I’d highly recommend getting a scooter for hire. Make sure you pack bug spray because being so close to the beach meant there was a lot of mosquitoes!"

"Hier fühlt man sich direkt familiär aufgehoben. Würde auf jeden Fall nochmal hier übernachten. Alles sauber. Ich war traurig, als ich abreisen müsste. Ganz große Empfehlung. Überragendes Hostel. Gut gelegen in der Nähe von Cloud 9. Für die Party Area in General Luna braucht man einen Roller, dafür sind andere Hostels nah erreichbar. Also kein Partyhostel."
